After reading some previous reviews i was a bit skeptical, but I am happy to say i was more than pleasantly surprised. Firstly, I have had my share of hassles with hairdressers. My hair is not super thin and straight but it is not super thick like that of my African friends so it is always hard trying to find someone who knows how to work with my hair. Secondly, I was late, and they were more than accommodating! Jack, was amazing, he knew exactly what to do with my hair, gave me a few tips and didn't judge me on the fact that i hadn't been to a hairdressers in a year. I left the salon feeling like i just stepped out of a photo shoot, the cut is fantastic, my hair feels alive and manageable again and now I'm more determined than ever to keep it this way.....absolutely satisfied.

Excellent. They work really hard to make sure all needs are met. I had a consultation as to what I wanted done to my hair. Then the Stylist helped me improve on what I wanted, which was really helpful as there was a lot of things I needed help on to
improve the over all look that I wanted to achieve. The Stylist was interest and hardworking in making me look my best.

I was a little unsure about attending my appointment after reading some poor reviews.
However I was pleasantly surprised. good service had highlights blow dry and a cut all great.
Lots of other customers looked good after their appointment too.

I had the same experience. Buy a Groupon voucher for about £40, where they state there's a £10 surcharge for hair longer than shoulder length, but then be told it will be £30 extra. They were also very rude about it. I cancelled. What a waste of time.

I bought a voucher for cut color and blow dry but they told me its going to be an extra £30 so I decided to get just a hair cut. I used to have so many split ends but after months of me taking care of my hair and trimming it often I have smooth healthy hair.. until I came to this salon. The oldest man that was doing my hair started shouting at one of the workers and embarrassing him which was very unproffesional. I guess that put him in a bad mood so he decided to take it out on my hair. My hair was still wet and he started tugging on it and blow drying it. I'd advise you not to go there because the hair cut was nice at first until my hair dryer out and I brushed it and realised that I had soooo many split ends. All that hard work for nothing. Save yourself thetrohble and don't go there.

Wow - this is my best experience at a hairdressers for several years - made really welcome, very clean and tidy salon, appointment exactly on time, thorough consultation, first class highlights, hair cut and blow dry all by Dazio - incredibly polite, focused and interesting - also all male stylists, busy and great atmosphere - really, really pleased with my hair - wow!! (also a glance at other customers - their hair styling also tip top) - if there's an offer for this salon, snap it up!!!

I had the misfortune to go to this salon and ask for a deep conditioning treatment. I told 'Ademis' that damage had been done by having a so called brazilian blow-dry. He proceded to cover my head in a chemical that made my eyes burn...then he started to drag my hair very roughly as though he was straightening it.
I then asked the question...
"I hope you are not using a straightening chemical used in so called keratin treatment also called brazilian blow-dry ?' He replied...'don't worry darling !'
It is now October and unless I have my head shaved , move to a deserted island and start again I don't see it ever recovering. MY hair is flat, straight as a die and totally lifeless.
People like this should not be allowed to exist. For God sake if you are even considering using this hairdresser DON'T.
I cannot think of a single reason why someone would return to this hairdresser. They are disorganised, unprofessional and incompetent.

I had a voucher booked for Shellac Manicure & Pedicure via another voucher website. I called two week sin advance to make my appointment. This was to be the day before my wedding day. The day arrived, and i called at 2pm to confirm my appointment which was for 5:30. The lady on the phone said yes thats all fine.
I arrived at the salon, and a really rude lady came to tell me i didn't have an appointment and that she had a client so she couldn't deal with me. I was gobsmacked and started to explain that someone had confirmed that afternoon and i even showed the call i made on my phone. She was absolutely dismissive and didnt want to hear a word i was saying. I continued to speak and she literally TURNED HER BACK AND WALKED AWAY FROM ME!!!!

Well, that is the worst thing she could have done. I erupted into a fit of anger and created a scene (very unlike me) . She certainly got a full mouthful from me and so did the owner of the salon - Adima, who defended his rude staff and had very little to consolidate for the whole situation.

I am now getting a refund for my voucher - but wow - awful experience and disgusting staff.

Went there and spend nearly 5 hours instead of as the hairdresser had no clue what he was doing. Before getting the hair coloured I consulted the salon 3 times to make sure that no red/orange comes on my hair....I ended up having orange root and wait ages for hairdresser to correct it and totally damage my hair because he was using some other bleach or colours to correct the colour or whatever!!! First and last visit!

I made an appointment 2 months in advance to get eyelash extensions on my birthday here- clearly as it was my birthday I was not going to get the date wrong when making the appointment. I phoned about 2 weeks before my appointment to ensure that I had the right date and time- the same gentleman who booked me in confirmed that I did. I made the appointment for 3pm and showed up on time to be told by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone that my appointment was actually for 3:30pm. They said I could sit and wait and another client sitting next to me even told me that she had made her appointment for half an hour earlier than they were saying it was on her arrival- very unprofessional, a business should be honest with its clients over matters such as running late, I would not be unhappy had they been as I understand that salon schedules can be tight. I was then told by the same gentleman after 10 minutes of waiting that I had no appointment, that there was no way that they could fit me in and that I had made the appointment for another day. I did not believe this and asked what day I had made the appointment for- surprisingly they could not find this in their appointment book. The gentleman then left and went and sat at the back of the shop which I found very rude as my problem had not been dealt with. I then asked a lady employee (who was actually very pleasant) if I could have a look in the appointment book and she agreed- my name was written in at 3pm on that current day- according to the appointment book I should have been having my eyelashes done at that moment. The lady called the gentleman back to the desk where I pointed this out to him- he then really insulted my intelligence by telling me that this was someone else with my name. I would never come back again, if this company is this shady about an appointment I can't imagine what unacceptable products they might put on my eyelashes.

This is the worst hair salon I have ever been in my life. Right from the start everything went badly. My hairdresser went out and I had to wait for him. When he arrived he didn't say sorry or hello or anything but "ah, voucher". Then he asked what I wanted to do and I said that accordingly to the voucher I’d like half of head of highlights, cut, conditioning and blow dry. He was unhappy about my hair colour and said that I will need another colour for an extra "little money" £40. After 15 min of basically shouting on me, when I actually was ready to leave the salon he agreed to do highlights.
He put no more than 20 foils on my hair and left me for an hour. Very unprofessional, didn't even set up a time, which I did on my mobile. After 60 min I was told to go to wash and by the way they are using the cheapest shampoo, the one in a big anonymous bottle with just sign "BASIC" on the front. Then the manager - Adimas started to blow dry my hair. When I asked what he is doing he said he's checking the colour. He told me again to pay £40 for extra colour and when I didn't agree he furiously started to spray my hair with water, spraying my face and collar as well. Then he was almost ready for cut but suddenly he went to the desk and brought me a paper with some statement to sign. I didn't want to sign anything and then he refused to cut my hair. He basically was harassing my hair. At that point I wanted to cry and just run from this salon with wet hair.
The most unpleasant, horrible manners I have come across in the whole life and I regret so much for buying this voucher. Just to add that there is not even a trace of highlights on my hair.
The salon itself is very date, full of old ladies; I guess the only reason for them to visit is convenient location close to High Street Kensington.

The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful that I cancelled my booking before even going. He was so unhelpful and rude about having longer hair, the price kept going up and up and I was told I had to wait three weeks - I think it is unexceptable customer service, and not a good plan to loose customers before they even sit down in the chair!

If you are looking for a relaxing day out, haircut and treatment, forget about it. It is a small salon, about 10 chairs. It is always busy which can be a good sign however at any single time 6-7 hairstylists and 7-10 customers are present, 7+ hair dryers are working plus all the chatter. The staff are understandably irritated and not patient. Unfortunately I was not pleased, did not have my hair cut and left. I will not be going back!
