Aitan is an experienced practitioner who takes a person-focused approach in their practice. They aim to help individuals prevent and recover from high anxiety levels, stress, and depression. Focuses on identifying and releasing key acupoints, which are similar to trigger points in Acupuncture, to free them from blockages. These blockages are considered to be sources of pressure and emotional entrapment, forming a metaphorical armor created by emotional pain and muscular tension. Clients have often recognized Aitan's sessions as similar to reiki energy, characterized by a compassionate and warm presence.
