I am like many others experienced a very bad appointment. They do not be allowed to practice! As said before no knowlege if it comes down to lasertreatments, it is terrible to get an appointment, or to change an appointment and after staying with them for a couple of treatments it does not even work. I have had treatments befor in areas where it was more difficult due to less fast growing hair and that worked out extemly well after the same amount of treatments.
So if I would be ask, do not go there, although some deals seem to be to good!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I booked 1h lymphatic massage. I received a message reminder from Wahanda the day before and on the same day. However, when I got there, I was informed that clinique is closed and I need to rebook my appointment. Manager promised I will have a complimentary facial massage for my trouble. I booked another massage one week later. As I was waiting in a waiting room, I heard manager to instruct the masseuse how to actually do a lymphatic massage (!). The actual massage was admittedly preformed well, however, it definitely didn't last one hour, more likely 30-35 minutes. And a quick complimentary facial (which I was not interested at the first place) stretched for more than 30 minutes from which the masseuse left the room 6 times! At the end, after 17min break lying there with dry mask and naked under the towel, I opened the door and started to call for someone to finish this bloody complimentary facial. Overall, the quality of the massage (both facial and lymphatic) was good, however, very quick. Whole clinique has very cheap feel about it and staff is definitely NOT professional.

I was 45min away from this location travelling by underground when I received a call from the receptionist saying the laser machine to do my nail patch test broke down and the therapist could not do what was booked several weeks ago and of which I spoke with them from my first appointment. But as every single time I was told the therapist was not around or not available despite being very flexible with organising this appointment, I now understood why this place had so many disappointed clients.

To be given such short notice of the machine breaking down and to be told that I could do instead microdermabrasion (of which they knew I was interested despite not remembering that I could not do it this month as I had another appointment with other beautician) shows what a selective memory the receptionist had, assuming that clients do not possess an exact memory!!!!!!!!!!!

Bearing in my mind that to all my previous appointments the therapists were always running late some 20min, I decided that enough was enough and I should avoid this place..........

This was my forth appointment at the Shepherd's Bush location and I was in a desperate need of a massage after returning from my overseas trip to the 'colder' climate of London.

Just like in the past, the massage was excellent, performed on this occassion by a guy who 'manned' the reception in the past. His technique was excellent, covering every inch of my back as per my request, whilst we chatted away. The room was not lit as in the past, thank God they decided to somehow separate the lights that automatically switched on the light here and in the reception area.

The reception area was busy after I finished my massage, so I could not discuss with them about the offers they have on microdermabrasion or nail laser - it looks like a telephone call will have to be placed pretty soon inquiring about this and future massage offers.

One thing I noticed every single time I have been there and which I really dislike, is that every single time the therapist is late some 20min, purely because a customer before me was late, hence delaying every single following customer instead of being thrown out the way other practices do. The therapists of this location always keep the customers the full hour, even is the client's fault for running late.

Come on guys, try to be punctual!!!!!!!!!!!!

My third massage appointment at this location was as excellent as the previous appointments. The massage therapist again run late from the previous appointment, probably waiting for the client who run late but stood the whole hour with her, and yes, she massaged me the full hour as in the past.

She paid attention to all the needy areas of my back and did not get bored even one second, the way I have experienced at other locations with therapists of a very bad attitude.

OK, the reception area is not as top notch as the massaging area but I found the changing reception staff to always be very polite and friendly, welcoming and smiling.

I highly recommend this place to everyone of a positive disposition!!!!!!!!

My second appointment for a massage at their Shepherd's Bush location was just as great as the first time. OK, on this occassion I had to wait some 15min until the massage room with two beds was cleaned from the previous client but the massage therapist massaged my body not for 45min or 50min but for the full hour, unlike massage therapists you get in London that try to get rid of you sooner and not being able to massage only one area, the back for the full hour.

Not only was the massage therapist brilliant but the time passed so fast and was most helpful in providing information on more treatments at excellent prices I could take at this location: microdermabrasion or nail laser treatment!!!!!

I am honestly puzzled about the negative reviews this location. I guess as long you are punctual, organise everything with plenty of notice you should not have any surprises. After all, this second appointment was booked some weeks ago but on my way there I broke a shoe heel so I had to go home instead and they kindly allowed me to re-schedule my appointment!!!!!!!!!!

I am really surprised with the negative comments I found here as this was not my experience. I booked this first appointment several months in advance, as I normally do, and the receptionists have been very helpful and professional.

The new Shepherd's Bush location is close to the tube station in a building that houses a college and some businesses. The massage therapist was a young lady who welcomed me with a smile, just like the receptionist and took me to the massage room with two beds, decorated in beautiful white and purple colours. All looked elegant and my massage was pretty good whilst having a nice conversation with the therapist.

I already booked my other appointments and I will surely be writing the future reviews with constant updates.

I have never written a review before, but I feel as though I need to warn people not to waste their money here (the Innovation Dermal Clinique in Shepherds Bush) like I did. I brought a deal from Wowcher, but I am not going to use any of my sessions after the experience I've had.

I concur with the other reviewers about the bad customer service, the lack of knowledge and that it's ridiculously hard to get an appointment, as they tell you you will get a call back but then don't call you. The main issue I have with this place is that I do not trust them! I have been having IPL for the past 6 years or so, but never have I come across such inexperienced and unprofessional therapists. Rather than go through the medical check etc and sign a declatation form, I was given a blank piece of paper to write my details on and sign as they'd 'run out of forms'. When it came to medication the therapist panicked - she knew nothing about this side of things and sent me away, telling me to come off my medication and come back once it was out of my system. This is ridiculous, in the past my medication has never been a problem and someone on site should have some medical knowledge. I was then told that the patch test counts as your first appointment! Also I was told that I couldn't have the areas done which were advertised on the website, because the deal was too good!

I am now going to cut my losses and not risk having a treatment at this establishment.

I am writing about the branch in Shepherd's Bush. Although the receptionist tries hard, she is in the wrong job, totally out of her depth, and unsuited to running a business.

It took me approximately 2 weeks to speak to someone from the IDC, and after leaving several frustrated messages, I almost gave up. However, I eventually got a call back eventually and made an appointment.

My appointment was strange. The woman I saw - who was also the receptionist - had a very basic knowledge about weight management and types of food you should eat in order to eat to lose weight that anyone with half a brain cell could have provided. For the price they were charging and the package they were offering, I expected specialist knowledge. All I received was a print out from the internet that I could have got from Google. The information was from America so I couldn't get certain ingredients and the measuring system was American, so no use to me unless I wanted to spend time researching how to convert to British measurements.

There was a lack of basic customer service skills such as her inability to give me any eye contact whilst talking to me which was very off-putting and made me question how trustworthy and professional the IDC was. Also, her mobile phone kept ringing, and whoever was on the other end of the phone (apparently, the owner!) was shouting at her. This further reinforced my lack of confidence and I was relieved I had paid a fraction of the price for the deal.

It is now May 2013 and after dozens of text messages (on my part) asking when my programme will be sorted out (a 2-stage diet and 6 personal training sessions), I am still waiting and I STILL haven't received the full plan. All I get is excuse after excuse and endless promises that "my plan will be sent tomorrow". Communication is sporadic and I have now given up. It's the most ridiculous company and I have no idea how they manage to keep their head above water.

When the customer doesn't feel valued and has to spend weeks chasing a company to get a service they have paid for, you know there is something seriously wrong with the company and they are best avoided at all costs.

The other reviews reflect how seriously bad the Innovation Dermal Clinique is.

I went in for a massage today (Facial was the closest option given to review) and wasn't taken in until 30 minutes after my appointment time without an apology. The massage bed only has a quilt covering that is COVERED with massage oil from previous clients. After finding the previous client's socks among the quilt I had to ask the masseuse if she cleans the rooms between clients. Of course she immediately said yes, yet did not utter one word of apology as she took the socks out of the table covering. As if this was not bad enough, she was using her phone the entire time during my massage! She even put her phone next to me on the massage table!! The only think I am happy about is that I only paid ₤19 for this terrible experience.

Purchased a course of IPL hair removal through Wowcher. Rang to make an appointment, took me 5 day's to get through on the phone. When I did finally, they had no appointments at reasonable times, kept trying to get me to come in at 8pm at night! Very rude and abrupt on the phone and did not seem to want to help me at all. Reading the previous review this does seem like a complete scam. They have taken my voucher number and redeemed it so I cannot even get a refund from Wowcher. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Do not bother to book with this clinic. You have to call a mobile number and the girl is either out of the office, says she will get bakc to you, then does not, or email, and no-one responds ot the emails.
Extremely frustrating as there is no apology and the customer service is dire. The therapist is ok, but the booking system is so bad that it's amazing they get any business.

I had a terrible experience with them as well. They were late 30 minutes and kept me waiting with no information, the staff was rude, I was asked to have a massage is shared room with someone random as apparently other rooms were being used - when I refused they said they can't do anything as there are 2 people booked for the same time (so myself and someone else) so we have massage together or one of us resigns!! the worst customer service ever! Do one waste your time.

This place needs a new 'receptionist' and better customer service.

You have to call the number on the website to book which is a mobile of a girl who always sounds like she is on the bus or out and about... which could explain why the past two times I have been here the appointments have been double booked/forgotten about.

The actual therapist is not apologetic about this, and last time accused me of just turning up. She was chewing gum the whole time she was doing my facial and I found her manner quite rude, not at all relaxing as you expect with a facial!

Very frustrating that you cannot book your next appointment when you are there as I was supposed to have my facials 10 days apart but every time I called to book no availability for a month at a time.
