A nice experience, went there twice. Both times they asked to change the time/date of my appointment. The treatment was good and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. I enjoyed that they offer robes so that client's clothes will not get dirty.

This place is located within a solon. The pictures posted on its website is very deceiving. It did not have a nice ambience at all. I was doing a pedicure on a facial bed. they didn't have proper chairs for pedicure. I'm not sure abt manicure but I didn't see any either.

I came out of a pedicure with a bleeding toe. The therapeutist was monotonous and unfriendly and asking me very private and personal questions such as what do my parents do for a living. While scrapping off the dead skin on my feet, she was very harsh and did not do it properly at all. She was so rough that she tore a bit of my skin off and it started bleeding. She was even that apologetic about it. When i asked for a plaster, she said "i cant give u one" and I asked why and she said "because we dont have it". She didn't even check with the reception or staff, even if they all didnt have a plaster, she could have said "sorry we don't have a first aid kit here."

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! It's not worth the price. The service was bad. If you do go, watch out for the therapist from Morocco.

It took ages to book our treatments, the phones were unanswered, I left messages which weren't returned and sent emails. If I hadn't bought the wahanda deal, I wouldn't have bothered. We did eventually get through and booked our treatments, however when we turned up on the day they didn't have our booking so a wasted trip to London and £10 train fare. We rebooked and were given an extra treatment as compensation. The treatments were ok, however the therapist who did my manicure was obviously a trainee and didn't know how to do a french manicure so another therapist had to take over. I wouldn't go back.

I had a massage and it was just ok, it was very quick so I couldn't relax properly, also because you could hear people speaking outside while having their manicure and pedicure.
But this place is great for waxing, therapist are good in that. So i'm happy with my deal as it was cheap!

The treatment was good. The customer service was very pleasant too. I had a great experience and would definitely revisit again, and recommend it to friends and colleagues. Excellent prices too.

Awful place. Couldn't get appointment booking times correct, asked me to come back in 45 mins as they were running late, left me waiting upstairs at an empty reception without saying when the appointment would be. Cue going downstairs and banging on the treatment room doors before someone comes with any explanation. nail bar out in open and very loud conversations. Would not return ever!

the venue is nothing special, and the treatment rooms are not very well lit, which makes it hard to produce good results.
my therapist, val, was a very nice person and i loved her work but i think she didn't work under the right conditions. she would have been much better if she had good equipment.

Firstly my therapist was 20 min late, and I had to sit in an uncomfortable chair, trying to read a magazine in the almost dark.
Once i was taken into a room I was told that for my waxing treatment I had the choice of hot or cold wax, but hot wax would cost £5 extra. What a joke, I had not been aware of that.
When it came to paying, they dont even accept card. Thanks god I actually had cash on me that day.

Went back for the third time here, after having mixed experiences the first two times, and following a horrible experience trying to book it a month ago before a trip, where the owner, Zefney, had 'forgotten' to show up after I'd spent over 2 hours travelling to the Clapham branch. She had said she would call back after several separate phone calls throughout the weekend, but never actually did so once, and also repeatedly promised times for rescheduling but then would make lazy excuses later for why she couldn't/wouldn't make them. I again requested Zefney and called back a few days before the appointment to check that they knew what was happening this time, and was told that I was booked in with Zefney, which I took as a good sign. The day before my appointment, I received the confirmation (shorthand) text - something they've told me about when booking those three times before, but I've never actually received one until then. When I showed up, there was a double booking for my time slot, so I let the other girl (who the receptionist/therapist was trying to shoo away as she hadn't received a confirmation text) go first as I had time to kill. It also turned out that Zefney had again not shown up, so I don't know what they're writing their bookings on - toilet paper? Some 20 minutes later, I received a text in what would have been my appointment time stating that the card machines weren't working in the branch, which seemed slightly unprofessional, as when I'd arrived I had seen a different girl (re)enter the branch to pay for her appointment with cash, so they would have known about the problem before I'd arrived! I went for my waxing appointment in the same room they always seem to use, noting the sticky floor, messy wax pots, wax on the skirting board and awful globs of still-warm-from-the-previous-customer wax in all the wrong places on the towel (which I honestly suspect has not been changed since my very first visit there.) I wouldn't be surprised if it was my therapist who'd made most of the mess, as I noticed her getting wax over the walls during my appointment, and leaving unusual quantities on my legs at the end. Sorry, jeans. To top it off, the therapist would not stop complaining about how she had to run the whole branch by herself (even though I saw another therapist giving someone a manicure), stressing how she had to leave to get to the Clapham branch any minute, which made me feel really uncomfortable, and strangely guilty. Obviously (here) there was no music to drown this out, nor did she make nice friendly conversation, and the urgency was all too apparent. I'd only been expecting a mediocre wax, so I was sadly unprepared for the horror that would follow. Never in my life have I been so scared of a wax. Literally when I'd left, 'scary' was the only word that popped to mind. When a hollywood and full leg takes only 20 minutes to complete, for a terrible waxer (let's just say, the job is about 70% done) who's itching to leave, it's going to be violent and very very painful. Coming from someone who normally doesn't feel waxing pain. Think Miss Congeniality makeover wax screaming. I honestly believed she had a grudge against me. At the end, she never gave me time nor the option to check for missed patches (and there are a multitude) and instead told me to get dressed - she was so impatient she actually came back in and waited for me to get ready. I was almost relieved to have to wait 10 minutes at the reception desk for her to argue over and understand the pricing, even though it was written right in front of her. As expected by now, there was no thank you nor goodbye. Normally I recommend the absent owner to my friends, but considering her childish and unprofessional behaviour, not to mention employment of dreadful staff (one of my friends was insulted by another I've never had), I won't be subjecting them to anything here again. This company really doesn't seem customer-focused.

Dear Alex, I do apologies that your treatment with us was not of its usual standard as you said, you have had previous 3 visits and found us to be good hence why you came back. Immaqulate Beauty has been going through a lot of challenges and changes and we are in the midst of downsizing and restructuring the business, we have taken time to read through all our reviews those both good and bad and will use those to better the service to our new and existing clients, This particular event in November i don't recall but appreciated how frustrating that must have been and do apologies that you had taken time to personally come to see me but wasn't there, there must have been a misunderstanding somewhere as i usually confirm myself with all my request clients before hand even before coming out to treat them. Moving on from the all the negative talk, as its a new year that brings a new start i would like to offer you the waxing treatments you had previously; booked in with myself to treat you to apologies of previous experience and hope we can have your loyalty and gain you back as a happy client of Immaqulate Beauty. All the best for 2012 ( for further details regarding your complimentary treatment pls email me iqbeauty@live.co.uk with att Zefney)

I went for eye lash extensions before going on holiday, and I was in quite a hurry given that I had packing and other bits and bobs to do. Having expressed this to the therapist, she attended to me fairly quickly- without appearing as if she was in a rush. She also was able to keep me calm, and was extremely friendly and bubbly, which kept me at ease.

Overall, I would recommend this salon to all my friends and family, because I only settle for the best, and would want my nearest and dearest to experience the same too! :-0)

For my 21st Birthday my sister surprised me to a Full Body Massage at the ImmaQulate Beauty Salon. At first we couldn't find the salon as we werent familiar with the area of Victoria, but the receptionist was very helpful and patient when instructing us of where to go.
As this was my first experience having a Therapuetic Massage i was concerned that it may hurt so i asked the lady is be soft. The combination of the Warm room... The Soothing music... and the Strong, but soft hands made me sooo relaxed. The products they used on my face made it feel so refreshing and smooth i didn't want to touch it. I didnt ever feel any discomfort or pain so ImmaQulate Beauty Salon Victoria has totally changed my views on Therapuetic Massages and i would reccommend it to anyone.. Young/Old...Man/Women

I have been to the immaculate saloon twice, and the experience has been brilliant, the lady who fixed my lashes Edyta, was so friendly and with a good personality, and professional. The lashes lasted so long for 4 weeks , I had to keep pulling them off by myself, as I was itchy for an eye rub(one of my habits). I am certainly hooked now. although the general facilities can be improved a bit, the staffs were pleasant and professional, even when my therapist was running a bit late(she was with another customer) , they kept on apologising and finding a way to make me more comfortable.

My friends always tell me how much they love my lashes and I always recommend Immaculate saloon.

I have been going to Immaqulate for bikini waxing for about a year now. My therapist Zefney is extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. A bikini wax has the potential to be quite an awkward treatment, but she makes it very comfortable and as painless as possible :-) Zefney also always tries to accommodate when I need a last minute booking or need to make a change to my appointment. In addition, Immaqulate offers discounts when you pre-purchase treatments. Bikini waxing is very expensive here in London, so this offer helps save a lot of money over time too.

I had a similar experience as the other reviews. They originally booked me in Finchley Rd. When I called on the day to confirm the address I found out it was closed. They re-booked me at Victoria and cancelled at short notice. They re-booked again and then changed the time the day before the appointment. On the day the therapist showed up for work at the time of my appointment. She rushed to get everything ready. The room for the pedicure was downstairs and dark. There is no ambiance and it was not relaxing at all. The guy from the Dao Spa was given someone a massage in a room next door and came out and told us not to talk so much as it was disturbing his client! The therapist was friendly and she had been asked to come in and cover at short notice so I felt sorry for her. The polish chipped within a day. Would not recommend this company or ever consider going back even if it was a free treatment. Wahanda should not promote this company or offer vouchers in future.

I've been having the same issue with them constantly changing booking times. It's ridiculous.

I went to this salon on 16/09/11 for advance eyelash extensions. I have contacted immaqulate beauty on eight occasions with no reply to my complaint!

I decided on immaqulate beauty because I had a £50 voucher for the salon after they messed up the last appointment I had with them (I booked in my sister and I, for massages but they only managed to book my sister in!)

First of all immaQulate beauty had booked me in for wrong salon and I was not told of this even when i rang up 2 days before the appointment to confirm the time and salon. When i arrived I was left waiting for some time while staff figured out when was wrong, I was then asked if I'd mind going to Clapham Junction Salon from Victoria salon! I was unable to do this so I was booked in for the sunday following, but a few minutes later after departing the salon, the receptionist informed me that the lady who would do my eyelashes was on her way, so i waited another 15 minutes.

When she arrived, I was then showed down to the treatment rooms, where I was left waiting again while she and another receptionist decided which room would be best. All rooms were too dark so a lamp from the waiting area was carried through. Totally unprofessional that the correct equipment was not in place and that I was left waiting again.

When I opened my eyes after the treatment I was instantly disappointed at the results, the glue had not been allowed to set for long enough so when i opened my eyes it was stinging. Next time I opened them it was very difficult because a number of my bottom lashes on my left eye had been stuck to the lash extensions. On a positive note, my eyelashes did look longer, but they were not as full as i'd hoped since I'd paid for a full set and in my opinion these were not worth £100!

Over the course of 24 hours I lost about 8-12 lashes, (having not rubbed them, or got them wet) and even found extensions that were stuck to my eyelid - much higher than my own eyelashes finished. In the last four weeks i have lost most of the eyelashes and probably only have about 10 left on each eye, if that. I would frequently wake up, (or even throughout the day) finding eyelash extensions that were twisted inwards, touching my eyeball. Most of the ones i have left now are not sitting straight or even facing upwards.

On sunday the 18th september I received a phone call telling me the lady was running late to do my eyelashes, at which i explained the situation and that the receptionist had not cancelled my appointment. I then went on to talk about my dissatisfaction in the eyelashes, the receptionist asked if i was local and when would be best to some to the salon and said immaQulate beauty would phone me back the next day. I have not heard anything back.

After having the treatment I found out that normally, when these type of eyelash extensions are applied, they are applied individually; but when my own fell out, I found clumps of up to four attached together.
I was not offered any aftercare advice of what products i should avoid.
Also on their own website it states that when you buy full set lash extensions at £100 they charge to 90 pence per lash, this would mean that I should have had around 111 eyelashes applied or around 55 on each eye. When they were first done I would not have said I had 55 eyelashes on each eye. Maybe around 40-45 maximum.

I went to a different salon last week and the therapist noticed i had a couple of eyelash extensions and she remarked on how bad it was that I had only four or five left after only having them done three weeks ago!

I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received on the day, and with the 'aftercare'

Terrible!

I had a manicure and it was the worst I have ever had. The cuticle work was painful and wrong - she soaked one hand but not the other so the hand that wasn't soaked was not soft enough to be scraping away like that. Worst marks have to be for the paint job on my nails. every nail is smudged and a small child could have stayed in the lines better.

Total con ever- worst massage I've ever had and impossible to book. They never answer the phone and I left many messages which weren't responded too. Had to wait nearly three months to get a weekend appointment which was then cancelled. They re-booked it but in Clapham - not Victoria where I had my original appointment so I had to cancel and re-book again as Clapham was totally inconvienient for me. Massage was terrible- truly shocking- like being tickled with a feather duster. The therapist was stroppy and rude, the room was dirty and freezing cold. There was nothing to recommend this whatsoever.
