I was very impressed with Imenio's customer service. A cup of tea was made for me on arrival, staff are very friendly. Mimi, was very quick and efficient, as well as kind. Really positive experience and I look forward to going back.

Nema was great as always! Careful attention to detail, quick, efficient, great wax! Definitely will keep coming back. Salon is clean and comfortable.

Nima is fantastic! Super detailed oriented for waxing - she doesn't miss anything. The others there are good but Nima is the best, highly recommend her for waxing!

Really friendly staff, a little expensive but worth it, wax almost pain free, nice clean salon and overall nice ambience

Really clean and lovely staff. Did a great job on my manicure, but did go over time and I had to rush off but on the plus side she was very thorough. I would definitely recommend!
