Was a little too busy, were waiting for prosecco for 10 minutes, no one came to offer anything.
So booked this for my sister and I.
Once booked it then said not suitable for pregnant ladies and they wouldn’t substitute it so we paid £39 to just sit in a large jacuzzi
I’m not pregnant but the treatment wasn’t great it was being on a lilo having jets only working on my middle body with bright lights!
Would not recommend and feel a little cheated too ;(
The deal we get from Treatwell is great value and we have used the spa on a number of occasions. We like to go on a weekday afternoon and enjoy a relaxing few hours.

Just one thing .. To print the voucher is a bit of a put off. Had to ask a friend of a friend to do it. Voucher can be shown on the mobile .
Booked this spa day for me and my 2 best friends as a birthday gift, they both loved it as they hadn't been to a spa before. Facilities are great, we also booked the hot stone massage which was amazing I would definitely recommend it. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. The only issue was the spa was a little small and can get a bit overcrowded at times and it was a nightmare to book as the phone is off the line. However they responded quickly via email.
