Many jets in the pool not working and wasn’t overly warm. Only the may of the facilities not working

The Hilton Hotel Terminal 5 is beautiful Hotel. We had a fabulous time at Imagine Spa. The plunge pool is amazing, the water temperature is perfect. The steam room and sauna are superb. We went to the spa for my partner’s birthday and we had a fabulous time. The facilities are excellent. Changing rooms are extremely clean. We had the afternoon tea after the spa, which was absolutely fantastic. The sandwiches, scones and cakes are exceptional and the restaurant is stunning. Overall we had the best experience and we look forward to going back. Loved it! 10/10 😁
