Great nails and manicure. Just too busy for two members of staff to manage on the day. Otherwise great!

The girls who do nails here are AMAZING. It lasts around 3 weeks with gel, which is great! Nadin did my nails this time, she is so nice and professional.
Unfortunately, when I arrived for my appointment, they did not have my booking in. The girls who work here are very busy doing the manicure/pedicure/waxing and do not have time to check Treatwell bookings, so my time was double booked!
Thankfully the lovely girls managed to squeeze me in, but they did have to turn someone else away who had booked through treatwell 1 hour before.
Please invest in a front of house/receptionist to make sure other people don’t travel only to be turned away like I nearly was and another poor customer was.
