The place and therapist was ok. Having the voucher made the price good, but not sure I would visit it at full price. Would only recommend if you were local to the area.

This was a present for my brother. It was a very relaxing experience. The package was very good value for money in a very easy to get to central location. The service was good.

Went together with my husband, so this review applies to his experience. He had his massage in a room downstairs, which was less noisy and perhaps a little more comfortable than mine. However, he was also left unhappy with the massage as found it to be mediocre. Not worth it.

The salon has moved from Notting Hill to the Caledonian Road area! I wish I had just refunded the voucher. As another reviewer, I also had my treatment in a "room" right behind the reception area and with an open ceiling making it very noisy. Also, the door wouldn't shut, so a box had to be placed across to keep it from opening into the waiting area! The massage was very mediocre as well.

This was a fabulous salon with very friendly staff. I had the best and most effective massage ever! The products used were very good and for the first time bought some to bring home. Would definitley recommend this place.

A very nice, relaxing massage. The therapist was welcoming and kind and the massage lasted the full hour. Location was great and the salon small but nice. Would definitely visit again

I booked for a Pure Indulgence Package which included hot stone massage and a facial. It was easy to book my appointment. The therapist was lovely, very friendly and professional. Hot stone massage was great and my facial was also very pleasant. The treatment room was quite small but it didn't cause any problems. The two things which could be improved: it was a little cold in the treatment room and the room was not sound proof, so I could hear a loud conversation another member of staff had next door and it was not very relaxing.

Brilliant, it was blissful. Relaxing and the therapist was excellent. The noise outside was slightly annoying, but the actual treatment was the best I have ever had. I floated out of the shop.

The venue has changed from the one listed and is now on a main road in a not so nice area. The "room" I had my treatment in was right behind the reception area and had an open ceiling so I could hear traffic and every conversation being held outside. Impossible to relax! The treatment itself was ok, but started 15 minutes late, even though I was there on time, and finshed on time; so only got 45 minutes instead of the full hour.

Not sure I could recommend this place as there are better venues with nicer facilities for the same price.

The venue was disappointing. Very clean and looked good, but when you went to the therapy room it was so tiny there was only enough room for the bed, and each time the treatment changed a trolley had to be rolled out so another could be rolled in. There was no foot massage, but possibly because there was no way enough room for the therapist to have reached that end of the bed! Also, you could hear everything. Although the treatment was downstairs, if someone walked into reception you could hear the entire conversation. That said, the therapist was brilliant. I was so relaxed at the end of it it made the other negatives worth it.

Overall, very disappointing. My husband and I purchased the mobdeal while in search for a nice spa to do regular massages in the area. The business, however, was relocated to Caledonian road after we purchased the vouchers. This review is from my husband who does not have a separate wahanda account: I found the office space and facilities to be extremely flimsy and the worst I have seen. The massage was a poor quality by an inexperienced masseur. Would not recommend.

Disappointing experience overall. First, this business has moved to Caledonian Road which is a lot less convenient location for us. Then the treatment room was not isolated enough (even the door wouldn't shut completely) and on top of that the towel appeared very dirty with lots of oil stains. I would have walked away if it wasn't for my husband who was also having a massage at the salon at the time. The therapist appeared to be ok and the massage itself was average.

Laurie the massause was very helpful and aited for me for almost an hour after I had transport delays, the masseuse had now moved to Zen on Calendonian Road, it only lasted 40 minutes as opposed to an hour but due to my lateness that was fine, I had a deep tissue massage , I think I should have gone for more relaxing massage but Laurie was very thorough.

Despite having texted me the day before my appointment - the salon failed to inform me of the change of address so I was in Notting Hill & the salon had moved to King's Cross. As I was leaving the UK a couple of days later another appointment was impossible
I have applied for a refund as advised by the therapist

I went for a swedish massage using a wahanda voucher. The massage was ok but it could not be deemed as a swedish massage as different techniques were used, so calling it a swedish massage is misleading and wrong. The receptionist was friendly and the therapist made me feel comfortable. The massage did last an hour which doesn't happen at all places. Overall, an ok experience.

The whole experience was lovely - staff were attentive and helpful, the massage itself was fantastic (just the right amount of pressure but still relaxing) and the value for money is second to none. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

To start with the address on the voucher was an old one - the therapist has moved but forgot to mention this when I booked in, so I arrived at the old address and found a closed door. Then py phone was advised of a new address, had to take a taxi to get there as this address was not familiar to me. The massage itself was fine, but at the end I could not relax as a man came, switched off the music and was walking up and down (the room's walls were quite thin to hear everything outside)

I'm used to having a massage & it didn't feel like she was using any of the techniques. Felt like I was being massaged by someone who wasn't trained. The lady was nice, but possibly lacked experience.
