You just pay for what you use. There are 11 trainers operating at the studio and training is very varied. A boxing zone with a boxing ring and bespoke made boxing stand, Olympic lifting with bespoke platforms, dumbbells and barbells are amongst just a few of the activities on offer.
Upstairs we have the functional zone with items such as the TRX suspension trainer, cable machines, Bulgarian bags, sandbags, rebounder, sled run with drag, push and pull sled etc. Also cardio zone with traditional treadmill, rower and non traditional spin bikes with displayed resistance levels.
