Had an underarm wax, the therapist waxed it more than once. As a result the skin is now all red and bruised. Returned today to ask someone to look at it. Told nothing could be done until Tuesday when the boss is back. Terrible customer service, should not allow people to carry out treatments if they do not know what they are doing. Will not go back for this treatment.
