Very knowledgeable staff, professional atmosphere. Excellent range of treatments on offer. My therapist made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout and explained everything thoroughly. A fairly new salon, recently opened in Balham, I expect it will get busy very quickly!

Very friendly staff and a good service, they were quick and I was seen straight away. I had never had threading before so they talked me through it and explained it to me. Would definitely go back. Thank you
Ladies' Waxing
The eyebrow wax itself was fine and looked quite good. The tiny was horrific, it was on my skin and outside of my eyebrows. It made me look like Eugene Levy. I specifically asked for a tint and said I didn't want them big. I came home and scrubbed them to try and remove the stains from my skin. Most of it is off but they still don't look natural.

I had an eyelash tint at Radiance. The staff couldn't have been nicer, so accommodating and sweet. The eyelash tint was good and has so far lasted 4 days. The therapist gave me some great skincare advice too, so will be returning for one of her facials another time.
