Would give it a 0 but I can’t. Got all the way there and waited in the cold. Broken buzzer, no answer, didn’t answer my calls. Treat wise need to take this salon off as the same thing seemed to happen years ago too

Arrived at the address listed which appeared to be a domestic residence.
No one answered the door. I called the landline listed and a mobile number I found online for the business. There was no answer from either. Glad I didn't pay upfront.

Jane was really passionate about HD brows. However this passion meant I was sat there for 90 minutes getting my brows done as she was such a perfectionist, which was a little too long for me. She was however extremely professional and welcoming.
Five star service, cant fault it at all.. my eyebrows were very sparse on my first appointment after previously being waxed wrongly. After a few sessions here they were growing back in all the right places. I am very pleased.. its changed my whole face. Cant thanks them enough :)
I feel like Royalty going here, its complete luxury and everything is done to perfection. I was offered a drinks menu upon arrival and the surroundings are beautiful and relaxing. The results of my eyebrows were outstanding, they have never looked so good and I would not go anywhere else now. Highly recommend!
