Facial was relaxing and Eve Taylor products were used, which are good for sensitive skin as they contain no artificial fragrance. However I would have appreciated a step by step explanation of the stages of the facial, especially as this was my first one and I did not know what to expect. Back massage was fine but I was not asked if the pressure was ok. I would have preferred more pressure as I did not feel any lasting benefit after the treatment. Legs massage was relaxing and the room was adequate but not much ambience. Could not complain about the price and location is good.
