I was welcomed on time and I was comfortable the whole time. Meli was very welcoming and, although I didn't have a specific idea of what I wanted in my head, with some general orientation she was able to suggest a lovely haircut. It felt fresh and in line with my style. Very well executed.

I had a Hollywood wax, got burnt a bit on both sides which was painful and the lady quickly put talcon powder on. Wasn't done as well as last time as still visible hairs and not smooth.
