The worst hair service I've experienced in London!! Incredibly rude and unaccomadating staff and extremely poor customer service. But the worst part is that actual treatment I received to my hair. I had a permanent colour put in and was very disappointed with the results. My hair colour essentially looked the same as it did before I walked in the place. I was so unhappy with it, especially after spending a significant amount of money (services aren't exactly budget-friendly here!), that I phoned back and asked if they could fix it. They advised me to come back and even though it was very inconvenient, I wanted to get the colour adjusted to what I had asked for so I came back only to have them tell me there was nothing they could do. After 15 years of getting my hair professionally coloured this is only the second time I've had to go back to a salon to get colour corrected, and at least the first time the salon I went to before happily and professionally accomodated and adjusted the colour. Not here. Avoid trying this place if you've never been before.

I have tried this salon twice and been VERY unimpressed with both my haircuts and colour. I have a simple one length classic bob, and both times the stylists managed to cut it unevenly so it was longer on one side. How is it possible to mess up such a simple haircut?? Twice!
I also have blonde highlights and the second time I went she gave me slices instead of highlights and only did quarter of a head rather than half a head. Either laziness or ignorance.
I get the impression they are all trainees. But how can they charge the prices they do for such ridiculously bad service?!
They will be closed within a year unless they pull out more experienced staff and stop relying on the salon name.
The 50% off offers I keep receiving from them is proving that people are simply not returning to the salon.
I certainly won't be.

Having a couple of bad experiences with ONE stylist doesnt make the company or it's other employees incapable or "trainees".
To your most ridiculous comment, "How is it possible to mess up such a simple haircut??" When was the last time you cut a one length bob to realise its such a "simple" cut? My guess is you havent therefore i would like to point out that this is probably the most difficut precision haircut there is to, but then you'd know that wouldn't you, with such expertise in the industry?

Perhaps on the pricing list they should put a warning "If you are requesting a one length haircut we cannot not guarantee a straight line!"
No one else has ever had a problem cutting my hair, just the two different stylists in this particular salon. I don't really want yet another bad experience, so I'll be giving this place a miss in the future. You are basically saying that this salon can't do precision haircuts. Lack of training? I don't know, but that was what I was trying to point out in the review.

I had the same issue as Melissa01 - simple bob and highlights - and also recieved an average cut and careless foils. Quite expensive for the service received. My colourist was a 'senior' but spent more time worrying about her previous customer who walked out unhappy. Training on skill and professionalism is required to charge at these prices. Kourts73, sounds like you work at the salon - perhaps you could instigate this change to avoid the salon not last long in the village? Food for thought.

On my visit to Hobbs salon in west hampstead, i was happy with the overal cleanliness of the salon. However I was very offended by the receptionist. she was very rude and not helpful at all. I believe is rather young to be dealing with clients on that basis as it was obvious she does not have any people skills.

I went to this Salon on Sunday after cancelling an appointment at Rush (who booked me in on Sunday they tell me when I turned up on Saturday). Stuart was my colourist and he has done an excellent job of gving me the perfect colour and fixing other hairdressers mistakes! I get blonde highlights and I am really picky on the colour and I love it. I am also getting loads of compliments which hasnt happened for a VERY long time.
