A very pleasant stay - massage was spot on and the breakfast was fantastic - wine was expensive for a large glass (almost £10) but otherwise a lovely stay

The rooms were a little tired with the bathroom seeming particularly in need of a refresh.
However, the communal areas were very well presented and the staff in the restaurant were fabulous. I would likely return, but request a deluxe room or wait until following a room refurbishment.

Just come back from a pamper weekend which included breakfast, afternoon tea, evening meal and a treatment. Great value for money.

It was extremely relaxing and a pleasant stay with all the staff going out of their way to make it enjoyable. Particular thanks to Mohammed behind the bar who was friendly and couldn't do more for you.

I would recommend upgrading to the deluxe room if you can as it was modern, clean and a decent spec.

The treatment was spot on, thanks to Sophie for that. Shame it couldn't last longer but they were fully booked.

The buffet dinner was a delight and was a difficult choice between that and the set menu but we made the right choice.

Breakfast was OK. Very busy but the system worked without too much inconvenience.

The afternoon tea was very nice and quite a good selection considering it was part of a deal.

I liked that they had a wii next to the reception for the kids which is a nice touch.

One minor point to make was that the express checkout envelopes are too big for the postbox which if that's the only issue we had then it tells you a lot about the hotel :)

Thank you for a lovely time

From start to finish my partner and I had an absolutely amazing time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They explained everything we needed to know and were just so helpful! The food was out of this world. We had afternoon tea which was wonderful and so tasty, followed by our spa treatements. My partner had the back massage and he said it felt incredible. I had the exfoliation treatment which left my skin feeling so soft and smelt wonderful! Afterwards we checked into our room, which was amazing. The TV was massive, the bed was so incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was beautoful with marble surfaces and a massive shower which could fit at least 6 people in it [no joke]! We booked our dinner for 630pm, which was the most perfect time because the restaurant wasn't busy at all at this time. The restaurant was stunning and we were very well looked after with a glass of champayne as soon as we sat down. We had the choice of the buffet or menu, we choose the menu because the choices just looked simply delicious! After dinner we headed for the pool around 8pm, this again was a perfect time as no one was in it because they were all having dinner. We had the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all to ourselves, it was wonderful! We had a great and comfy night sleep, followed by a gorgeous buffet breakfast in the morning with mountains of delicious food. There was late check out at 12pm which was really nice, enabling us to eat breakfast, pack and chill out!

We have had the most amazing time and will be recommending to everybody we know!!! We will definitely be back!! The package deal was such a fantastic price at £174, we will see you soon!!! Thank you :)

We got the rooms recently renovated which was really good. Back massage was also very good. Jacuzzi was small and not really warm but had so much fun there. Would def recommend this!

Although there was a problem with our booking when we got there we were soon given an yo graded room and the staff personally escorted us to our room. The staff throughout the hotel were very attentive. We were a group of ten and we all found the break great value for money.

Staff service throughout hotel was exemplary, making us feel both valued and welcome. Massage was very good but ensure you pre-book treatments (as we did) or prepare to be disappointed as they were fully booked for the whole weekend with no additional treatments available.

I booked this offer for 6 of us as it was a friend's 60th birthday and I must say we had an absolutely fabulous time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, even gave us a free upgrade... which was great as the basic rooms needed updating.
The only gripe, we had was that the temperature in the pool area was far too hot..so we did not spend the whole day in the spa area... however the spa treatment was really good and we all enjoyed it.
This was one of the best offers I have made use of, fantastic value for money, the afternoon tea , the evening meal and breakfast were all tasty and great value. Drinks are on the expensive side..but that is to be expected. All in all we had great time.
