Had a fantastic weekend, there were 6 of us on a girls stay. Special thank you to the manager Mark and Emily on the front desk for making our stay so memorable with a personal touch, we will be returning soon. The facilities were great, we enjoyed the spa and our treatments were amazing. The food was lovely there was something for everyone. We can't wait to return.

Wonderful experience. Amazing value for money. Hotel is a little more franchise-y than I usually prefer (it's a hilton, what did I expect?!) but perfectly pleasant and clean. Staff were excellent across the board. Great service at breakfast. Therapists were warm and professional. One of the best massages I have had (and I've had lots). They are excellent and deserve glowing reviews. Would recommend to any one looking for a bargain night away to treat yourself.
Note: there was a wedding party the night we stayed which seemed to be pretty raucous. We asked to be moved to a room further away from the action and were accommodated straight away. Didn't hear a peep all night and slept like logs.

This hotel was good value under the spot yourself break package. However, the treatment wasn't quite 25mins and that included getting undressed and dressed! The room was very sapcious and clean, but the bed and pillows uncomfortable. the hotel itself was noisy so soundproofing the corridor floors, etc would be a good idea. Food mediocre, but good value when included in package. Nice gardens and conservatory and not in a bad location. Not sure would stay here again though!

We had a fabulous stay at the Hilton St Anne's. We were a group of 10 and from the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our room choices. We were able to have a lovely lunch in the conservatory area and then later a very good dinner in the dining room. This meal was included in the deal which was fantastic value. We all enjoyed our treatments, also included. The only small criticism I have is that the spa facilities were maybe a bit small and although very hot in the pool area, the jacuzzi was not warm enough and operated on a timer with quite a long down time. But this is very picky because overall we all though it was a great deal in a lovely hotel. The bedroom sizes were surprisingly good and well appointed.

I do not consider the Spa package to be good value for money but extremely expensive for what it is - I think they are trading on the name Hilton. The room was cold and the heating appeared not to be working - an additional duvet was provided upon request - there were no blankets in the room. At dinner (we were told there was no need to book a table) we were told to wait as there were no tables ready. Whilst waiting another couple arrived and were shown straight to a table. When we queried this we were told that the other couple had 'complained about the wait'. On being shown to our table it was still not ready with a waiter fussing around laying out cutlery. We were given a single sheet menu and told that they were our choices as we were 'on a package' and invited to chose from the menu on the other side of the page for an additional £8 - it made us feel like second class citizens! After a very long wait the food arrived and was mediocre to say the least - the risotto was terrible ! We were offered coffee as recompense but didn't want to stay in the dining room so it was taken up to our room for us. There were a lot of waiters in the dining room - none of whom spoke very good English but made lots of apologetic noises.
The pool appeared grubby and the changing rooms appeared not to have been cleaned for a while - lots of tissues etc lying around.
Breakfast on Sunday morning was equally unimpressive with the most awful orange juice barely tasting of orange. the croissants were cold and hard - good selection of fruit though and the cooked breakfast fairly standard. The coffee machine made horrible noises - would have been nice to be served coffee. We had booked treatments but were so fed up we didn't bother with them. Having complained direct to the hotel we have since been offered a complimentary night/dinner/bottle of wine/treatment. I don't know if we will go . I would not recommend this place !

Stayed one night over the May Bank Holiday weekend. Even though busy and a wedding/event taking place, everywhere was clean and all the staff friendly. Buffet and a la carte menu evening meal very good (and hot!) with a generous breakfast. Spa facilities and treatments excellent. Pool a good size with clean showers and changing facilities. We were without children this weekend but we noted that the facilities and separate menu for the children looked very good. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel and great deal - the treatments were incredibly relaxing and this hotel was perfect for a weekend away with my friends. The food was delicious and most of the service we received was really fantastic, especially from the receptionist. Having said that, a couple of staff members in the restaurant were unhelpful - we reserved a table for the afternoon tea and were then told we "clearly can't have it" when somebody else was seated there at the allocated time. Also, my friends ordered a club sandwich on arrival and after a 30minute wait, said they had a treatment booked and would be back in half an hour for it. Almost an hour after this return time, they still had not received the sandwich and were told "it is cooking" when they asked how long it would be. However, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and dealt with this situation appropriately and my friends said it was the best club sandwich they had ever had so it certainly didn't spoil the weekend. I would definitely recommend the deal and return in the future!

Definitely excellent value and would definitely go back because the food was delicious, the staff were exceptionally good, the room and facilities were good. It's a small spa but otherwise everything was very good. There was a staff sickness which meant it was difficult to prebook treatments so only got the 25 minute massage as part of the spa package, and we shared a room for both our treatments.

My friend & I booked this break as a treat for our 40th birthdays. We couldn't fault any aspect of the weekend. The hotel was lovely, the spa facilities and treatments were great, the restaurant and food were lovely too. The service was always spot on and I can't believe what good value the break was! We will definitely be returning.

Went for a relaxing spa weekend with three friends and it was fantastic! The staff were superfriendly and attentive when my friend I decided to upgrade rooms and they let us upgrade at no extra cost! Facilities were a bit on the small side (the gym isn't massive, neither is the jacuzzi) but everything was clean. Additionally, drinks were a bit pricier than I'm used to and at £8 for a sandwich and chips at lunch I had to watch my money carefully! Service was also sometimes slow as the bar tended to be understaffed but they did try to be attentive. Overall however it was a fantastic stay and I'd definitely stay here again!

Accomodation was nice. Pool was quite busy with children which wasnt very relaxing.
Spa treatment (massage) was great and spa staff were very professional.
We were hugely disappointed to find out when we arrived that our 3 course dinner was changed to a buffet and the food wasnt the best quality, it was something you would order from a take out.
Buffet breakfast in the morning was great, as was 12pm checkout but dinner let the experience down
