Very nice place, local to places, only disappointing thing was that the jacuzzi wasn't working, easy booking through this company, made it clear what treatments we was having etc

A lovely hotel set within beautiful grounds. Peaceful, comfortable and welcoming, a perfect getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only dissapointment was that the spa hottub was closed during my stay. Would definitely use this spa hotel again.

Me and my missus went on a package deal afternoon tea dinner and massage week worth the money.
Hotel was nice got free upgrade
Spa was ok swimming pool was tiny there was 7 people in it and it was over crowded and jacuzzi didn't work
Also got chrged twice so a package that cost £154 ended up getting charged twice then took two days to give it back did get offered compensation offer so looks like I'll be going back as they cannot offer different hotel
Staff were blinding very helpful
Probably try different Hilton next time

My friend and I had a wonderful time. We thought it was very good value. Dinner and breakfast were great with a very good choice. The spa was small but suited us. The grounds was also well maintained and great for short walks or just to sit in the sun. Will do this again.

Hotel was not as clean as expected especially for a Hilton hotel. The spa treatment was good although it only lasted 15minutes when I had paid for a 25minute treatment.

The staff were great at the hotel and for the massage. The hotel was extremely dated and dirty. Felt like being back in the 80s - and the food matched this.

Good massage, so prob go just for this. The pool and spa area was massively underwhelming.

Our stay was over a weekend so was very busy.
There were a lot of functions going on and our room was allocated near therefore the noise was very loud and we both had an interrupted sleep.
Not impressed

Booked an Easter spa break deal on Wahanda for £129 (two people) and was pretty disappointed, in all honesty.

The hotel is dated, spa facilities are poor (jacuzzi closed for 'maintenance'), shower in our room didn't work due to being completely clogged up with limescale, beds were uncomfortable, room was generally dirty, food was underwhelming and the whole place was full of screaming children. I have experienced the same with Hiltons before so frankly I don't know what else I expected, but it's a shame the experience cannot be improved considering they are generally four star hotels.

The deal included a 30 minute treatment. I opted for the back massage, which was lovely. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful at this particular branch (even if most of them don't speak English).

Good (but noisy) location and perfect for a quick trip outside London (especially if you have a car and want to visit nearby Hampton Court or Richmond).

I thought this package was absolutely wonderful value for the money. The room, location, food as a whole were wonderful. My only advice to the hotel would be that the swimming pool is extremely small, as is the tiny changing room. Moving forward to increase revenue for the hotel, I think they should invest in their spa facilities more, providing a larger pool, better spa and changing facilities. I think by doing this they have a large potential market and could put their prices up.
