The massage itself was fine, my joints and muscles felt better afterwards but the effects didn't last as long as precious sports massages. The place was lovely and clean. The massage therapist was a little late for our appointment - probably not her fault. The customer service wasn't great however, she started and ended the session rather abruptly. Overall it was an OK experience.

I chose this place because they have great reviews but Im afraid it wasnt all that for me. I booked a heat treatment and thought I would have one with the hot stones but they use a machine, put it on for 30 min and left me there. Then the head, shoulder and neck massage wasnt strong enough. The only good part was when they did a preview of deep tissue massage and this was great, so Im going again for a full one. Hope I will then be one of those person loving this place.

Herbal World is a small, friendly, well-established treatment centre and herbalist on Wimbledon Broadway. I had a strong ten minute neck and shoulder massage and felt revived.
