Lovely place, friendly / helpful staff & they do a GREAT microdermabrasion facial that I can squeeze in at lunchtime - a perfect little retreat in the middle of the city. I love it here! :)

Even though the place was located off the main street and among some nondescript buildings, it looked amazing when I stepped in. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The treatment was good. It was my first time doing a microdermabrasion so I cant compare it to other experiences. But overall I am happy with the service and the procedure.

I have a love-hate relationship with this place. When I first discovered it, I thought it was a jewel (I loved the little swimming pool and sauna, the never crowded gym, etc.), but over time there have been a little too many incidents that make me feel disappointed.

Verdict: do check it out but:

1. Do NOT have a manicure or pedicure there. There is only once specialist and the poor girl works terribly slowly in the dark (fact) light. I had a shellac there before going on holiday and it lasted three (I am not joking!) days because she applied it way to heavily (my nails looked like they were fake!) and left way too much space between the gel and cuticle.

2. They may be storing your card details! I once saw a girl write down everything off my card (including the three digit code on the back) in a notebook before the treatment. I thought it was ridiculous, but she told me it was a common practice in the spa and it took me a while of arguing to have that page given back to me.

3. Remember the young black guy who sometimes works at the reception may happen to overcharge you and then shout at you (literally) once you have brought it up.

I had a male therapist for a lymphatic massage and it was not what I expected. I could smell his fingers with cigarette smell and he was basically hardly pressing my body. He kept kneading my bums and said it was good for me. I felt absolutely harassed. Never again.

The venue is right by the station so easy to get to. It was clean and looked a bit more luxurious than other discounted places I have been to. The room I was taken to was small but well kitted out. The therapist was professional and I was happy with the service. The only negative was that I have very dry and sensitive skin which she commented on, but then gave me a very light moisturiser after my treatment which wasn't really appropriate for my skin type. I would recommend.

I have been to this venue before, and although I Was disappointed that this time my package didn't include use of the little wave pool, the treatments are always very professional and relaxing. This is a welcoming place where the therapists are skilled and you have a lovely experience at excellent value for money. The location is great, the showers are fine, and I love the little sauna.

Overall I was very disappointed as this was advertised as a spa day and the facilities were poor. The sauna was not hot and the pool was tiny. The massage was ok.

I was a bit late getting in, so unfortunately did get to use the sauna and the gym. Having said that, the staff were very accommodating to make sure I still had maximum exposure to facilities. My massage was pushed back by quarter hour to allow me to use the pool, and even with that, I still got the whole 75 minutes, as was promised in the voucher. Massage itself was perfect- the right degree of pressure and the right temperature of the stones,- just wish I head more time. I would definitely come again and this time with a friend!

This was fabulous. I found the male receptionist a bit shy, and having to walk through reception at street level in my bathrobe to go downstairs for the sauna and shower a bit strange. Suggested that they use only SLS-free soaps as they can make my skin itch and not natural. The downstairs facilities were excellent. Not sure what the body wrap achieved but it was fine. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. My therapist, Anni was completely wonderful. The sauna was super too, whereas I don't usually care for them. Perhaps it was the infra-red heat that made it a much better experience. I loved the body brushing and may get my own brush. The massage was perfect. Just a great experience all round. Oh, and they let me take home the flip flop slippers, which I love. I wish the manager and Anni all the best in the world.

I had the glimmer treatment here and even though it was contrary to what I had expected, it was a relaxing day for me. When I bought the voucher I thought I was in for a traditional body wrap. I expected there to be some mess... But, the glimmer wrap was much more simple. After a brief body scrub, the therapist massages a body lotion over your body (it is not a moisturizing lotion, it is fruit acids etc.) and then wraps you with a nylon sheet. As you wait inside the sheet and under a blanket, the therapist gives you one of the best neck and shoulder massage... Then you go into the sauna... Overall, it was a relaxing treatment for me. Would I go back? Yes, if I were to find a voucher again :) I think the prices as they are a little too high.

Heavenly Spa is very nicely decorated and the staff is extremely friendly. The massage was blissful (hot stone massage) and I also had use of the pool, gym and sauna facilities. Overall I was very satisfied and I will go back for sure.

Therapist was very professional and she explained the procedures very well. The sauna room was rather small and very crowded when 3 adults are in the room. Probably should have restrict the use when treatment is in progress. Handy location. Good experience overall.

I was rather disappointed with my experience at the Heavenly Spa. It started off with the staff being confused on our arrival and I had to explain a number of times what we had actually booked. We started with a dip in the pool which was nice enough but be warned that it's very small. I chose to have the pedicure but was a bit surprised when I was asked to sit in the reception area to have the treatment in full view of people coming into the spa. I also had to sit on a normal chair which I found very uncomfortable after an hour, especially being 5 months pregnant. The therapist did an ok job on the pedicure but was a bit rushed and I certainly didn't feel pampered. I am happy enough with the results but have had far better experiences elsewhere. My friend enjoyed her facial and had it in a treatment room so she was happy enough.

This has been my best treatment so far. The spa was well equipped and the treatmetn was wonderfully relaxing. I only wish we had had more time to stay as there was a sauna and exercise pool and the changing rooms had lovely products to use. The therapist was friendly and knowlegable.

My friend treated me to this as a birthday treat and I was lucky my therapist was really good and I enjoyed the hot stone massage. The swimming pool was the smallest I've ever seen but other than that it was an ok venue.

I had a hot stone massage and I am not sure the therapist had done this sort of massage for a while so some of it wasn't brilliant but he did well on the knots in my upper back so I did still leave feeling fairly refreshed.

I was dying for a massage and was very happy to get an appointment within days on Sat.
Lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful, advised to bring own flip-flops & towels (although were provided on the arrival, as well as robes).
The venue is close to Paddington station, brand new and cosy.
The staff is very nice, accommodating and welcoming.
Facilities smallish but they don't overbook it - I hardly saw any people.
The therapist managed a little chitchat and didn't bother me when I just wanted to enjoy the session. The hot stone massage was divine!
Afterwards I relaxed on a bin bag in a relaxation room with some fruit and magazines provided.
Left rejuvenated and extremely pleased with the visit.
Would love to be back!
