The venue is tired and awaiting new products. Only one set of nail polishes between two beauticians. I felt sorry for them. The massage room was cold and the room I had my pedicure in had dirty towels piled up in the couch. Terrible. Rundown venue.

If you are looking for a nice relaxing spa day avoid this place. It has no feeling of a spa, average massage in scruffy run down surroundings. Changing facilities ridiculous as mald we’re closed so a make shift screen was in place that gave little to no privacy. Pool area completely different to advertised. Jacuzzi cold

Really low market facilities, nothing more than a scruffy old hotel gym. Needs complete refurb. Should not be described as a spa as it had no atmosphere of a spa in any way shape or form. Would not return.

After purchasing a spa day with afternoon tea I was very disappointed from the moment we arrived, the spa/hotel gym looked run down from the outside and the same on the inside, nothing like the photographs on the website. The massage was average and the facilities no better than your average gym. No atmosphere or feeling of a spa whatsoever. Rang up prior to arriving to check if roves, towels and slippers were provided and free of charge which I was told they were / arrived and these were £5 to hire!! Changing room facilities were a joke - male chsnging closed so make shift screen dividers were out up to section off a tiny area in the women’s however this gave absolutely no privacy at all as anybody could be clearly seen through and around the screen. This is not a place for any kind of spa day it is a run down gym. Parts were so ridiculous they became comical. The only possitive was the afternoon tea which was in the main part of the hotel.
