Booked through spabreak who I have used before no problem. As part of the package you could choose a treatment manicure, pedicure, back massage or facial. We both choose pedicures. 48hrs after booking I received an email saying that we couldn’t have pedicure’s or manicure as the therapist only did massages and we could only have them on the day we booked in and before 1pm. Very dissapointed. On another point we were also charged £15 parking which was not mentioned on the spabreak booking page.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Bournemouth westcliff Hotel salon. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Christina did an amazing facial and was very friendly and professional. I left feeling pampered and refreshed.
My partner had a Swedish massage and also had a great experience.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful salon experience.

Christina and Anna were absolutely amazing!! If it’s even possible to be so relaxed during a facial and slightly fall asleep then that’s exactly what happened! Christina was lovely, really polite and gave a great massage and facial.
The cleanliness of the spa facilities could have been better - namely the steam room, the aromatherapy room and the changing rooms. They all looked like needed a good scrub and a bit of TLC.
In general though, we had a great time and would definitely go again!
