Both girls Malwina and Walwina were lovely, professional and welcoming. The salon itself looked and felt clean and the service was impeccable . I will definately be going back there for more beauty sessions!

The girls were very friendly and nice, shame quite a few of them did not seem to be speaking English which I think affected what I wanted to be done with my hair

About the waxing service : I had booked to have the deep bikini waxing tratment before flying out to the beach on that same evening. The therapist was a very nice girl but in my opinion, a little inexperienced. Here's why: I found it strange that she would not alternate applying the hot wax to different sides of the bikini line (like they do in every other salon I have been to) and unfortunately she ended up burning my skin on the left side as she applied it & pulled 3 times in the exact same area. I am not happy being burned with hot wax. When she said she had finished & applied a huge amount of oil I could still see plenty of shorter hairs adyacent to the bikini line and asked her to please use tweezers to get them out, as I was flying out in a few hours, and the job was not finished. She got the tweezers out of a large drawer and asked her if they had been sterilised, as I did not see any sterilising equipment nearby. I also realised she had only waxed at the front but not waxed at all at the back and the hairs were still in show when I looked in more detail (as sticking out of the bikini line and clearly a much wider patch than the bit at the front, (don't picture it as an afro, as I had trimmed it all at home myself so it would hurt less when pulling). I asked her please to continue the same line all the way down as I had booked a deep bikini line waxing and not a normal one. She managed to burn my skin again because she kept applying the wax repeatedly to the same patch of skin before allowing it to cool down. On finishing, I was left with sticky wax everywhere, including below my knees, where she seemed to have dripped it by accident. Hope this review might prove helpful to others who may be considering booking there.

Really polite friendly Young lady was the masseur, made me feel really comfortable and asked what I like and not before starting, really focused on every area equally and put in a lot if effort to relieve all my tension knots, even went over the hour, nice local salon would definately recommend
Therapeutic Massage
Great venue and lovely staff, who were very welcoming and professional.
I had a shellac nail treatment which was great value for money. Was able to choose from a large range of colours and even had nail art too, for such a great price. My nails look great!
Only disappointing thing is two of my nails feel like they could have done with a bit more filing and maybe another coat of polish, as small chips/ bubbles are starting to appear on the nails.
Lovely atmosphere, will definitely be returning!
