Been here twice before and the third time was just as lucky: Nikita is an absolute pro, but more than that, the venue, the atmosphere, the staff and the attention are absolutely second to none. I came out thinking I was floating!

Very impressed with the decor of reception area and the cleanliness of room. Very experienced and attentive massuese, overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend highly.

I told Lucy I was afraid to do the cryo and she assured me that it wasn't painful. My expectations of the treatment were so much worse than the actual. A day later, I feel zero discomfort, there is no bruising whatsoever, or even a red mark. The skin feels flabbier than usual, and numb, but not in an unpleasant way. I'll definitely do it again at Healing Hands.

I have been twice for a full body massage and can't wait to go back again. The premises are clean and relax-inducing, and the practitioner I saw - Nikita - is just lovely. Extremely welcoming and well-mannered, with a soothing but form touch when she needs to use it. No part of the treatment feels rushed and the comfort level of the treatment room is very high. While I would specifically ask for Nikita again, the other staff members seemed equally nice.
I highly recommend this salon.

I visited this spa last weekend and had a Hydraderm Facial and a Full Body Massage. I have to say I am a person who has had many facials and massages over the years in many different salons and countries. The cost was £130 which I thought at first was a bit steep but to be honest the quality of the massage was worth every penny and the facial was beautiful.

At reception I was greeted by a really helpful young lady who made me a lovely herbal tea and went through the salon brochure and helped me decide what massage was best suited for me. The therapist who did my treatments explained everything to me and asked me many question and adjusted the facial to suit my skin type, as I am very sensitive. Overall my experience was a very positive one and yes I would recommend this salon and will be returning in the future.

I have had a few treatments here, their manicures and pedicures are first class, offering a full treatment with an excellent finish and polish that last weeks. I have enjoyed many massages here too, however the last one in the large room with the triple beds, I did find the room to be too bright, although the massage itself was very good. I have just started having laser hair removal at the salon and have found this to be a very good treatment, the therapist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns in the consultation and so far I am halfway through my course of six treatments and the results and the treatment itself has been very good. I would recommend this salon, they have a full range of treatments available and the staff are of a high standard and always ready to help and answer any questions.

I was given this as a gift from someone. It was for a thai massage and facial.

Firstly, booking an appointment was very difficult and was many months after getting it as a gift.

Secondly, I would not recommend driving there and parking outside. There is pay and display parking outside the salon, but you have to call and pay for the parking over the phone - there are no coin payment options. Oh, and you cant pay unless you register your payment details. This stressed and angered by very much (not the fault of the salon), which meant I was not feeling very relaxed prior to the treatment.

Reception staff were okay. I think they have had many customers who have had parking problems and were considerate about that, although not very friendly.

The lady who did my massage did not introduce herself or go through what would happen during the treatment. She did not ask what pressure I wanted either. The treatment room had three beds in it and a large window, plus a skylight, with no blind that was directly about the massage bed, so with bright light coming through, there was no darkness to help you relax. Not a relaxing room!

There was a lot of noise from the traffic outside and other people outside the room the music was far from relaxing.

The facial was even worse. Some sticky stuff was used on the face, which made it feel like I was being waxed. I have had several facials at other places in the past and I know that this is not normal. Would never recommend their facials!

Overall, a very poor "treat". Would not go again.

I had the Ayurveda Thai Massage on 29-6-13 through a special offer.
I arrived early and i was asked to sit in the reception area which had a good ambiance. However, arriving early meant that i can sit and observe how the staff works in the reception area. 2 young girls were sitting behind the counter, talking, eating breakfast and checking their PC. Not what you want to see while you are waiting for a relaxing massage.
I was shown to the room for my massage which was a huge, bright (big white windows without any curtains), training room with 3 beds, basins and treatments material. Not a relaxing room.
My therapist was a young lady who started my massage without asking me /explaining anything. She did seem to know what she was doing and although it was not a deep pressure massage (that i like), i did enjoy the massage.
Through out the duration of the massage, a couple of girls from next room who were resting would talk non-stop about men, nails etc. I did make a comment about this at the end of my treatment and the girl smiled and apologized.
Not sure if i'll go back.

Therapist didn't introduce herself or explain what she was doing. She didn't ask about the pressure or consult me on any specific areas of concern or areas to avoid before starting the massage. The massage was very firm. The therapist did not appear to know how to deal with tension knots - her tactic was to carry trying to push them away forcefully. A good therapist should know that areas of tension require a gradual build up of pressure to relieve the tension, not just try to bulldoze through them!
I went with a Groupon deal - one hour for £24. I'm not even sure it was worth this price...
