A friendly welcome and the haircut started on time. All the customers looked happy creating a fine ambience. The coffee was a pleasant free bonus

My hair was cut by an apprentice without be told. After she had cut my hair Simon came to look at my hair at which point i asked if everything was ok...he said yes she was very good and woild bw cutting his hair later...still not saying she was an apprentice. After blow drying another hairdresser said she would like to xheck my drawing attention to something at the back of my hair. This lady then checked my hair and started cutting at which point i asked if it was an apprentice. She said yes and that she was surprised I hadnt already been told. They took £6 off the price and charged £24. The 30 minute haircut took 90mins and I was late for work!!!
