I booked a last minute appointment however the stylist was running behind so the salon called to rearrange a later time. When I arrived for my appointment, the stylist was still behind and asked me to come back nearly 2 .hours later or even the next day. Disappointed and unavailable, I asked for a refund, however with credit to the salon, the 'director' offered to cut my hair at no extra charge. In all fairness, the finish was fantastic and just what I wanted. Apart from the initial miscommunication, everything else was fantastic.
Ladies' Haircuts
Laura was fantastic. She had another girl wash my hair and once I sat down, she listened to me well and was very reassuring about my hair and what we thought might look good. She did a good job with my cut and was very understanding of my paranoia (thinning hair!). She was also very accommodating and was happy to dry my hair to see if I was happy and then re-do if needed. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back in there to have my hair done by Laura again.
If you find better let me know very nice bunch of people all in one place thank you very much for my new style.

Very good experience at Hanalee, very welcoming and friendly salon. I really enjoyed my time spent here :) Hana has a great eye for detail and this shows in the salon. Also they use Kevin murphy hair products which only the best salons use

I have been attending hanalee salon for over 5 years now, I have always been very pleased with the services provided, staff are always very welcoming and approachable! I would definitely recommend hanalee salon!!
