Hair wash was good. The blow dry was extremely rushed. My hair was damp at the roots when he finished. Because of how rushed he was, the final product was frizzy, unruly, and crown was flat even though I said to give volume. It seemed to be more about just getting it done as opposed to doing a good job.
I booked on treatwell and it said £18 to pay at venue. After the blow dry the man insisted it was £22. Very unprofessional. Waste of £22 and 45 minutes.

Over-all experience is really quite good. They are attentive to little details I wanted them to sort out. Friendly atmosphere and satisfied with the service I have availed.

Showed up for appointment, they couldn’t be interested. Said they were busy I’d have to wait 15 maybe 30mins. Said should I go elsewhere & they said yes. Wouldn’t go again. Only had 1 customer, they weren’t busy, shouldn’t have taken the booking 2 days prior.
