I did not have much time but needed keratin treatment today, I was very impressed they did everything they could to get me out at the time I requested, three people were drying my hair, IMPRESSIVE!
No salon I have been before tried so hard to please.

very friendly , extremely professional , I have my highlights done every eight weeks normally, I was impressed when they recommended not to have my highlights done too often and told me it is the best way to improve the conditioned of my hair, genuinely caring people.

The worst! Sophia who did my hair applied extreme heat with a straighter while my hair was still soaked in keratin. Didn’t even bother blow drying first. Total nightmare, more than 6 months later and my hair is absolutely dead. I saw other more professional, modern and skilled hairdressers afterwards to fix the butchering they have done to my hair - everyone agreed the process was done wrong, and completely ruined my hair. Owner still insist it was the quality of my hair, clearly still trying to find excuses rather than owing up a full on badly done job. TERRIBLE! avoid at all costs, unless you want to go for a pixie cut for the following 6 months. I hope one day my hair will go back to what it used to be.
I booked a last minute to Hairjes, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable and was seen very promptly. Really pleased with my cut. Hairdresser (Sofia) listened and owner made recommendations. Would return :)
