I have been using this salon for a very long time and am more than happy with the service I receive . I like the loyalty scheme that they run and discounts advertised on their Facebook page. Always try to accommodate you with appointments to suit you and offer late nights as well. A few members of my family also use the salon. Highly recommended 😃

I have been having my hair cut and coloured at the Hair Design for several years and I have never left there feeling unhappy with the way my hair has been done by any member of staff there. I am a lazy person where my hair is concerned as I never bother to look at hair style magazines or hair colours so I always leave all that to Rachel and Julie to decide on for me, and they always get it right.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and go that extra mile to make their clients feel comfortable.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Hair Design to anyone.
Plus there is an additional bonus, there is plenty of free parking outside the door.

I went to Oaktree after trying to dye my hair myself...which did not go well. I had been recommended to go there by a friend who visits often and I am so gad I did.
When I called to book the lady on the phone was very reassuring and I felt like they weren't judging me for dyeing my own hair (which a lot of salons do) so I booked in for the next day as soon as they could fit me in.
When i arrived I was greeted by a lovely young lady called Steph who took my coat and washed my hair. After she had washed my hair she even offered me a cup of tea!!
The hairdresser that saw to me was called Rachel and I do not have a bad word to say about her. She was professional and kind and listened to exactly what I wanted. My hair is notorious for not taking to dye or even going a completely different colour than what it should so I was very nervous to what the outcome would be.
Rachel started with one type of hair dye to even the tone out then another to get the colour I wanted. I was amazed that it turned out perfectly!!
I now visit them every time I want something done to my hair, I wouldn't dare do it myself again or visit anyone else!
