I got exactly the trim I wanted with Emily and although her English isn't perfect she understood exactly how I wanted my hair styled so very happy
Also I left my earrings in error and she actually came out on the high street looking for me

Just had great haircut here by Emily. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a great job and always asking my opinions during cut. Excellent value - as good as top salon cuts I have had. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Thanks.

Very unhappy as coming out of salon my roots are min 2 cm long at the front of my head. Fringe and front together makes it abt 4 cm dark roots.Back I think is better. It looks like I haven't had high lights done for 2 months. Otherwise the place is very nice,the water too hot for my head,a nice hairdresser and the cut seems good. I have to have a high lights done again somewhere which means this was wasted money.
