Sili was extremely polite and professional. I was offered a hot drink on arrival. We discussed what I wanted done with my hair, then I had a wonderful hair wash & head massage.
Very happy with the results, I will be back again. 5*

10 out of 5 stars!!! Once again, I am in love with my haircut and hair colour by Sili. I asked for balayage, and a layered hair cut. Sili knew exactly what I wanted, and executed it according to my wishes - and to perfection! Not only is she the most talented hair stylist I have ever gone to, her customer service skills are unmatched too. She knows exactly how to treat my hair, how it is going to react with the bleach, and what she needs to do to create the exact effect I've asked for. What makes her stand out compared to other hair stylists I've been to over the years is how attentive she is, and how focused she is on pleasing her customers. She always makes sure that I feel comfortable at all times by checking in with me during my appointment. She takes care of everything. I just sit back and relax. Since September 2022, I have been going to Sili every few months for a haircut or colour or both, and every time I leave 100% satisfied.

Sili is AMAZING. I was very impressed the first time I had my hair done (full head balyage and toner) four months ago and I was even more impressed today that I went for the second time. I have very fine and sensitive hair especially now after giving birth to my baby and even thought this time I went few shades lighter, Sili was very professional and very skilled in not damaging at all my hair. I am very satisfied and cannot recommend her enough!
