Very small room - distancing impossible. They didn't have my booking. I got a different stylist. The rules around wearing masks were ignored - I was asked at the basin to take mine off as they had one on. The haircut was appalling - she didn't look at my hair dry before the wash to discuss what I wanted. I didn't think she'd listened to me and I was right - She nearly chopped a huge chunk off the side of long hair and I had to scream 'STOP!". She cut the rest in 10 mins flat. Good blowdry.

Rita is a awesome! She transformed my hair from an absolute mess, due to botched 'lockdown' attempts to cut and dye it myself, into a great style that feels light and fresh. She was very friendly and, despite being very busy, she didn't make me feel rushed at all.
