I have been a regular at Giovanni's for two years, and he is the only person who can create a truly skilful balayage on my hair and get the colour exactly right. I have never gotten such great results at any other salon, and I get so many compliments on my hair. He is incredibly masterful. He has a very precise formula, and the end result is so natural looking and stylish. He also knows how to restore lustre so well and make my hair look healthy and shiny. Giovanni is also so nice and welcoming. It's always nice to talk to him.

Giovanni was wonderful, as was the haircut. However I was left waiting for nearly 40 minutes for my haircut and ended up being in the salon nearly 2.5 hours.
