Booked in for 5.15pm didn’t get seen to until 5.50pm. Was told she didn’t have time to straighten my hair and was told to leave as they were closing

Had a great blow dry here, booked this morning and such a good service. The hairdresser (sorry I don’t know her name) was lovely and very good at her job. I don’t live near here but whenever I am on Glasgow I will return.
