I had this appointment for a "fringe cut," But the online details didn't make it clear enough that they would only be cutting my front hair, like literally just two strands, didn't even touch the sides.
He literally just snipped off my front bangs without even blending them with the rest of my hair in front.
I asked the owner if a trim and blowdry were included, they straight up laughed and said, "In £10? No way!" They could've said it in a nicer way It was a bit disappointing.

I have a very positive experience with Jair and his colleagues. They are all very professional and skilled, but besides that, the atmosphere in the salon is pleasant and relaxed. Colombian coffee also contributed to overall great experience.
