They could not do the service that I asked for. I booked a wash, cut & blow dry with an apprentice. Yet when I arrived I was told that what I was asking for was a re-style and that it would cost a lot more. I asked how much more but was told that they weren’t doing restyles at the moment and that if I “read the offer” it would state this. It didn’t say anything about “no restyles” and I think they should put this on their description. Never had this issue in any salon before.

This was my first time at H2O, and I thought it was great value and Louise listened to what I wanted and delivered this perfectly. I will be back as I was so pleased with the service. Thank you

My hair was cut much shorter than I asked for and when I got home I realised one side was cut shorter than the other. My husband and a few friends have noticed too it’s that obvious. Never in my life have I had a wonky hair cut. I was going on holiday a few days after so had no time to go back and to be honest, wouldn’t want to as I wouldn’t want to risk my hair being even shorter than it was cut. Very disappointed and I wouldn’t return.

Curtain bangs cut straight and blunt. Hairdresser quite unfriendly. She seemed very inexperienced. Overall just not a great experience.
