I had high hopes for this salon and my facial after reading the reviews, but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. While the spa looks promising with white gleaming floors and its very clean, there was little ambience in the salon or skill in the facial. The spa is in the basement of a very noisy hair salon and suffers from lots of noise from above. Instead of soothing relaxing music, I got a radio station, then dance music and then some relaxing music, but not for long before it was changed again. The facial didn't following any particular pattern, there was too much chatter, there was no massage at all and the steamer was left far too close to my face and I had to ask for it to be moved. The beautician told me she worked for a laser company based in Brazil, fair enough, but I only wanted a relaxing, deep cleansing facial. I did advise her of that. She was more interested in telling me what laser treatment I could have and gave me a free collagen laser treatment. I paid £35 for my facial, I see on the website a 45 minute facial is £25 and a £30 facial is an hour and promises a 'relaxing face, neck and shoulder massage'. The beautician was a very nice woman, but I don't think I'll be going back.

Great experience here! I had a facial and it was amazing, beautician talked through everything with me before hand and did a wonderful job!

Excellent facial. Bruna was perfectly knowledgeable - giving me great advice on skincare and products (with refreshingly no sales pitch for products like I have had in the past from therapist!). The venue was easy to find, and the treatment room was clean and relaxing. I noticed that everything came out of sealed wrappers - making it feel very hygienic and clean. The facial was thorough - some extraction where necessary and nice smelling products and technique. Definitely noticing a new-found glow today. I've already recommended 3 friends.

Without doubt the best facial I've ever had and ridiculously good value. Bruna is amazing and even gave me some free treatments to see if they'd help my skin. I will definitely go back.
