The whole experice lasted 20mins for £60. My hair was washed very quickly and then the girl cut my hair for literally 5 mins. Straight cut with no alterations or even didn't ask me if I am happy with the decided lenght. Then the 'blow-dry' as it was included in the price. The girl just dried my hair and there was no blow-dry what so ever! She barely got the brush to brush my hair at the end - there was no volume, she didn't apply any other materials to style my final hairstyle etc. Very poor ex

Tate is AMAZING! Went in wanting to go back to being blonde so booked in for a full head of highlights.
Tate was great, really honest and clearly experienced, explained it may take a few sessions and the plan to get there… Well she got there in one!! Super pleased, best colour I’ve had and will be back for sure.
