Excellent massage, really one of the, if not the best, massage I've had in London. Unlike most places everyone seems properly trained and accredited. Will definitely be going back!

It wasn't what I was expecting at all. The place felt a little seedy due to the area. Massage was good but the word spa should not be used for this place. It needs a good bit of decorating, staff should be in uniform so it gives it more of a professional feel. It's quite noisy so couldn't really relax. Not sure what all the toilet tissue and oil was about in the rooms..don't really want to think about it to be honest!

I have been to Gusto a few times and never been disappointed. The masseuse always pays attention to the problem areas and I come away feeling a whole lot better.

The staff was friendly and the massage was good, but the towel on the bed for me to cover my body didn't feel dry and clean. Also I could hear people talking in the reception area during my massage that didn't really help me to completely relax. It's good value for money considering the place in Soho but I don't think I'm going back there to have another treatment.

Really thorough massage from Nami getting to all the sore spots in my back and shoulders. I could easily cope with a massage like this every week :)

What a great find. Really good deal I got for a one hour Thai massage bang in the middle of Piccadilly. The therapists have clearly been trained properly, felt absolutely top notch when done. Will definitely be going back!

Its located on the basement floor of a very busy hair salon. Upon going downstairs, there were three creepy looking male therapists in normal clothes sitting around doing nothing but continued to stare at me. I then went up to reception and requested a female therapist. The person at the reception was friendly and took me to massage room. The room was clean, very basic and no music or candles. The massage was average for the price tag of £39 per hour.

I would not return for that price. There is alot better massage places out there for that price

A truly horrible massage experience. I have never come across anything worst than Gusto Spa. When I arrived there, nobody knows about the Wahanda web-site. They asked me to pay them £50 for the massage. When I showed the receptionist my Wahanda confirmation e-mail, she did not seem to believe it. She had to make a phone call to her office to verify. What's worst was, after everything was sorted out and I finally lead to the massage room, the female masseur came inside the room to ask me for the e-mail confirmation once again! This time is the venue manager who wanted to see it. The female masseur wasn't interested in providing me the massage at all, it was completely waste of time and money. One hour Thai massage treatment turned out to be less than half an hour. I will not recommend this place to anyone at all.

Our sincerest apologies, it's no excuse however we had a temp start on that particular day at reception (our usual receptionist fell ill), and was not fully acquainted with the system.
We have made sure this won't happen again. Again many apologies.

Really good value for money (£39 for a 1 hour massage in central London!). Was very relaxing and was exactly what I needed, we certainly be going again, wouldn't mind paying full price.

Just a fantastic place. Great relaxing ambiance, really good attentive therapists. Considering the value for money and location I'll be going back regularly. 5 stars!

Really good massage with enough pressure. My neck and shoulders felt so much better afterwards. Will ask for Wiki again.

It was my first time at The Gusto Saloon. The place is really nice, brand - new and clean. However I am a bit disappointed by the massage and the staff. I booked a Thai massage and I had a completely different one! It was a relaxing massage with no pressure at all! The guy who did the massage was kind but not at all a professional masseur!
I do not recommend this place and I won't come back again.

Large spacious rooms and therapists who really know their stuff. Beats the competition in the area. Will definitely be going back!

Best Thai massage I've had in a while and that's saying a lot considering I've just spent 5 weeks in Bangkok!
Would definitely recommend.
