I showed them reference pictures and it wasn’t followed at all. The hairdresser knew I had curly hair and cut my hair too short so I can’t have my hair natural. I was completely disregarded

The place was a bit dingy and felt unclean with a lot of clutter everywhere but the hairdresser was really good and friendly. My blow dry didn’t last more than 12 hours (the curly bit) but it still looked nice the next day. Maybe if the curls were done from a bit higher up and we had pinned them just before leaving the salon they would have lasted more but my hair is always difficult with curls. All in all Olympia was great, though!

Went to this salon to have a bad haircut fixed. Olympia was sweet but has done an awful job of my hair!!! I explained that I wanted her to give me a STRAIGHT cut. The haircut seemed fine when I looked at the reflection at the salon but I mean who can truly see their hair like that?! When I got home I took a photo of my hair and it’s completely wonky and an uneven length, I’m super upset as my hair’s been ruined again! Contacted Gusto’s customer service but they’ve been extremely unhelpful
