I paid £35 for cut, wash and blow dry; but didn’t get the hair wash. Hair was dampened with a spray bottle, cut and dried. Entire process took ~15mins.
The salon is also looking a bit worn down.
Whilst the cut is okay-ish, I won’t be going back.
I have been on saturday for a wash and blow dry i have prepaid £20 and when i have been there they told me that i had to pay extra £ 10 because my hair were long anyway.
When i went back home i had to straight my hair again as i didn't really like it my blow dry. I felt my hair very dirty as have not been washed properly after the conditioner.
It has been my second time and both times didn't like it I will definitiveley don't going back !
After already paying on Treatwell, when I got to my appointment I was told the prices on the app are incorrect and I had to pay extra (I didn’t get any additional services, just the basic haircut for extra long hair I had already booked). It’s shocking to me that customers are expected to subsidise someone else’s incompetence and Olier refuses to offer a refund or communicate this earlier so I won’t be back.
