Horrible experience. The staff looked so bored and miserable. Then the stylist clipped me with her scissors when trimming my fringe. No blood but left a mark. Will not be visiting this establishment again.

I booked this appointment thinking that the salon was still Gusto, however it appears that the salon has changed ownership. The atmosphere in the salon was awful, it was empty and other members had just been staring at their phone as they had no customers and nothing to do. The staff need to work on their manners as they had been borderline rude. The haircut was very average, Alexandra didn’t listen to what I wanted and it felt rushed. I will not be going there again!

Very cheap price so you get what you paid for. they have one blow drier that works with a EU plug that kept turning off. A blow drier cost 30£ so it might worth investing in a new one.

Really poor experience from the get go. Firstly, the price listed in treatwell is wrong, so I was asked to pay extra when I arrived. The balayage was not a balayage. It was really choppy with no blending. The one thing I made clear was that I didn’t want a brassy tone and my hair was orange but the end. The stylist attempted to corrected but fried my hair and scalp in the process. And lastly the blow dry completely burnt my scalp.
