Not a good experience. First, the chair for wash is really uncomfortable. I am avg height but cannot rest my back as the head position of washing basin is way too low. Then the cut, hairdresser listened, ok, but didn’t realise the front hair are not of same length on left and right side, before I pointed it out. Everything took c.30min but then wavy blow dry took 1hr(why!!??), scratched my neck and cheek, painfully pulled so much hair, dryer burnt scalp (after 50min heated for a cheap brand!)
