Justine gave me a great cut and did exactly what I wanted. The head massage was also really nice.
The only downside was that the chairs at the sinks were not comfortable.

Staff very nice and helped me move my appointment earlier! The saloon is quite noisy and a bit chaotic as still new but wasn't a problem.

I had a cut and blow dry which was great but customer service was lacking. They asked me to change my appointment last minute then when I did come in had to wait almost half an hour to be seen with no apologies or explanation. Water was cold when I got my hair washed. Was asked what I wanted to drink then was brought wrong drink. If I was paying full price I would expect a much better experience!
