On the positive side, the salon was easy to find, the therapist was very pleasant and I wasn't kept waiting. I didn't think the facilites were particularly impressive i.e. there were hardly any magazines and they had run out of coffee. The treatment itself appeared to be done as I would expect, although the results were not as good as with Brazilian blow drys I had had done in other more expensive salons so I was slightly disappointed.

Nice salon, very open, light and modern. All the staff were very friendly and the stylist who carried out my treatment was lovely. I was very impressed with my keratin treatment and my hair was super-shiny, glossy and straight when I left. Will definitely be back!

It was my first time at this salon and I was very impressed by the customer service and the treatment. Old or new, they treat their customers very well and the staff are friendly and offer good advice. The location of the salon is easy to find from the station.
It was my first time having a brazilin keratin treatment and I informed my stylist about this and he was very helpful in telling me what he was doing at every stage and what results I should expect over the coming months. He also gave good advice on maintenance. I have very long hair so the treatment and the service was very good value. My only disappointment is that I was promised an email offering me the same treatment at the price I aid within 2 months. It’s been over 2 months and I still have no voucher, but once I have this, I will be visiting again for sure.

I visited the Gravity hair studio in December for Keratin Straightening Treatment and I would like to recommend it to anyone who wants to have their hair smooth and straight. Usually, my hair is very thick,frizzy and coarse, but at the moment I am enjoying long,smooth and silk-like hair. The therapist was very nice and talkative and as an overall estimation I can say that it is the best treatment I have ever received.
I visited Gravity on 5th December for a keratin blow-dry. I was impressed from the very start by their excellent communication and professionalism.
As well as carrying out a high quality keratin treatment, they offered to trim my hair as there were lots of split ends. This was all without any additional charges, just done simply because they care! What a nice surprise! They also made no attempt to make me buy any products from them, just advised me to use sulphate-free shampoos and conditioners after the treatment.
All in all I was very impressed with every aspect of my first visit to Gravity and definitely plan to return.
