Great deep-tissue massage and brilliant expertise. The masseur provided me with a full assessment of my spin issues and with tips on how to improve my posture which I will apply. I will definitely go back!

The doctor was very pleasant and engaging. He gave me an assessment then advised having acupuncture for this first session. He also provided some Tui-Na massage after the acupuncture had loosened up my muscles. I would definitely recommend this therapy, and plan to go back at a later date.

I visited Good Nature because I'm pregnant and my baby is in breech position. I needed moxibustion treatment to try to turn the baby in the right position. I'm happy with the treatment received. I had a very friendly therapist who explained everything in detail for me. I’ve never tried it so I had lots of questions! He also gave me advice of what could I do at home.

Good Nature is located very close to the station so it was very convenient for me. What I liked the most is how easy it was for me to book the treatment in the time I wanted – few clicks and treatment was booked!

The service at Good Nature was good. It was exceptional value but the facilities weren't as "luxurious" as I'd hoped. The therapist was perfectly pleasant though and so would recommend if you can get a good deal.

A positive experience overall. A very convenient and easy to find location, polite therapist and staff. This was a new treatment for me, but I found it effective and left refreshed and re-energised afterwards. There was a bit too much hard sell trying to get repeat business from me, but that is the only negative I could think about. Would recommend if you are not afraid to experiment and try new, different treatments.

the whole treatment and booking was excellent and only booked as a couple massage, for the price i had paid it was average and the venue was not too far from the station, overall enjoyed the massage and the acupuncture was good, if the same offer came again i would definitely book again, the acupuncture really helped my troubled knee and since the treatment my pain went away, again happy with the service and will refer to friends and family

The clinic was OK, nothing special but functional. The treatment however, was everything it claimed to be - my back feels so much better after just one treatment. Maybe a little pricey for future treatments.

I did not know what to expect when we arrived at the location but once the sessions were all over we both felt amazing. I had treatment on my left shoulder and back and my partner on her back and right arm and we both felt extremely relaxed after and the following day we was told to expect pain and it was bad but the day after we both felt really good. We need more sessions and the Therapist was really chatty and advised us both that we need more sessions which we will be booking soon.

I went out of the treatment room feeling like a new person. I went to the clinic with terrible tensions and knots all over my neck, shoulders, upper and lower back. I had a consultation with Yang, the therapist , prior to my treatment and I can tell he knew what he was talking about re: my back problems. He worked on my neck down to my spine. Found some "dislocations" and he managed to manipulate them back to be aligned again. The "cracking" on my back on the final touch of the treatment was enough to make me feel like I was a new person after that.

Note that this type of massage is not the usual deep tissue massage where therapists follow certain "steps". Tui Na massage is a holistic treatment by rubbing deep in to your muscles and bones. It has been a great experience and I've already told my friends about it!

I'm so happy to have discovered this gem of traditional Chinese treatments in Paddington!

Really good shoulder massage to ease out the strain and knots in my back. Venue was easy enough to find, up a flight of stairs to the left of the dental practice. Standard basic type Chinese medicine venue, however the treatment rooms were very clean and well set up. Very convenient to Paddington station. The staff were all very pleasant. Excellent value with the Wahanda deal, otherwise the normal hourly rate is quite expensive. However they offer memberships (which are not too expensive) which then provide you with an ongoing discount. I found them professional and would go back.

Really great massage, the tension was really worked out of my shoulders. I felt much better afterwards. I was treated by Milan who was very pleasant, knowledgable about Chinese medicine & diet, plus handsome to boot (!).

It is good experience - he spent the first 10 or 15 minutes to discuss the medical history, before starting the treatment. It is very Chinese traditional type of treatment (or maybe it is because I am Chinese, so he treats me in a very traditional Chinese way). The therapist seems to have good command of traditional Chinese treatment. So worth trying if you want a authentic Chinese one. I have booked my next one, but without Wahanda, it is expensive.

Good massage, hard to find the venue though, even when inside the building it wasnt well marked where you had to go. Too much of a sales pitch from therapist on supplements and their membership. I prefer a quiet massage - not a chat about memberships and pushing products.

The massage was probably among the best ones I ever got. The therapist spoke to me about which areas suffer most, and then examined my back and posture and started working first the neck and shoulders and then the rest of the spine. It was painful but that's because the massage was deep, working harder as soon as my (tense) muscles allowed it. Shame they only allow one voucher per customer.

I went to Good Nature yesterday for a massage treatment and found it a very enlightening experience! The venue is quite difficult to find as it is on the first floor of a dental practice in Paddington, so you have to go up quite a lot of stairs to find the treatment rooms, but once you get there it is small and neat.

The therapists really know their stuff, and were able to pinpoint exact tension areas in my body, and where I was putting the most pressure on my joints. The massage was quite deep and they used a scented herbal oil at one point as well. My massage focused mainly around my neck and shoulders, while my friend who came with me had more of a back treatment. I found Yang, my therapist, extremely knowledgeable and I was completely comfortable with him giving me the massage.

The treatment was excellent and although I am feeling a bit sore today, I know it will be worth it! However, if you don't think you'd be comfortable with a male therapist, this may not be the venue for you. As they focus on Chinese medicine, it is more of a sports massage than a relaxing massage, but they aim to eliminate tension and discomfort in the same way a doctor would for his patient.
