Missed my appointment due to illness. Received an email saying "these things happen, please feel free to rebook" which I really appreciated - however, any attempts I made from then on to rebook went ignored. So, a waste of money, which is a real shame as I live down the road and it would have been lovely to have made this my regular salon.

Good value haircut on a busy fri evening. Efficient service was in and out in 40 mins. Hair finished as requested :)
Ladies' Haircuts
Had to wait 30 mins. Treatment lasted 45 min, not 60 min as advertised. Stylist was not the one named on my appointment. Cut was OK, but she had absolutely no idea how to work with curly hair or use a diffuser, and I ended up going back home to wash and style my hair.

I was very happy with the overall experience offered by Glo & will definitely be going back...... Also, I'd like to add that I came away with a new look that I'm totally ecstatic about!
