Rachel is an absolute miracle worker, I couldn't be happier with the transformation on my hair. From the very first conversation through to the actual appointment, at every step I felt completely safe in her hands and that she had my best interests at heart. We went through inspo pictures together to decide the best option for me. Whether it was care on the day, discussion about products or talk about hair aftercare, I felt so well looked after. Rachel is just fab!! I fully trust her with my hair and she never gets it wrong. She gets the colour just perfect so that it looks like my natural hair colour. Her salon is also so relaxing, I fell asleep in the massage chair! I wouldn't trust anyone else now.

Loved my hair experience with Rachel! She is so lovely and friendly! Rachel took the time to understand what I wanted, looked at my inspo pictures and explained what we could do to achieve my dream hair. After that, Rachel worked her magic while I just relaxed & enjoyed being pampered! Loved Rachelās salon, all her hair advice & her lovely energy. Everything about this appointment was amazing.
Rachel responds to the WhatsApp message very quickly. And starts a conversation. Your hair appointment is not just an appointment, itās a consultation, a discussion - as well as the appointment. I was treated really well.
Rachel really wanted to make sure she gave me the colour and style of colouring that I wanted and that would work with my natural tones. She really understands the colouring process. Delighted with result!! Not enough words!
