You’re best getting your own stick on nails at home! Messaged her the next day on Facebook and instagram as three nails came off within 24 hours, didn’t get a response at all. Once I had a phone again I text her the messages and she eventually replied offering a fix - no apology or explanation at all why the nails were so poorly done. The event I got them for had already taken place by this point so I requested a refund as £37.50 for a few hours of nails is ridiculous. No reply yet.

Not my best facial experience. The picture used does not accurately represent the salon, the facial felt quite rush and quite heavy handed had pain in my eye socket where she was resting her hands on my eyes in the days following. Also broke out in spots after which has never happened to me before. And the extractions were brutal, to the point I genuinely had to stop myself from crying.
