Found this shop when I needed acupuncture treatment for my bad back. Doctor’s advice was accurate, treatment very good and the massage service is worth a visit. The shop is easily located; with very experienced staff who are very pleasant who accommodate your needs. I am now a regular customer and would recommend my experience as good value for money.

I'm afraid that I can't give more than 2 stars. After having quite a lot of massages through Wahanda I have to say this was the worst experience. The staff was not very friendly, the woman who gave the massage didn't explained anything (very poor English) and I rather had the feeling that I disturbed her and she was absolutely not up for that massage. I would even say that technically it also wasn't a good massage since it was rather painful. Not the good pain you get with Thai massages e.g. but I rather though she will cause damage. I would absolutely not recommend to go there.

Really nice place, very nice staff. They explained everything to me through an in depth consultation - would recommend to others

Great value face massage, and the staff were very nice indeed, would certainly go back for a further treatment. Also, I've been to a few Chinese medicine places that quite aggressively push acupuncture programs that add up to hundreds of pounds - Ginko weren't pushy at all!

There seemed to be a bit of confusion upon arriving and I got the impression that the booking (which I had only made a few hours before via the wahanda website) hadn't quite been confirmed at their end. But I only waited a few minutes before the therapist began a great deep tissue massage. She was really excellent, so I was a bit dismayed when she stopped halfway through ( I think she was filling in until the original person I was supposed to have became free/arrived). The second lady didn't really get stuck in and the pressure was quite weak, so the second half of the massage was a bit disappointing. But overall I'vealways had a very good experience at Ginkgo and would definitely recommend it.

It wasn't the best experience I'd expect, to be frank. By the time I arrived at the reception, they thought I'd do a relaxation massage, though I booked a Tuina. I had to explain a couple of times until the reception staff understood me (they spoke English but not fluent). The massage experience was ok, not the best but good value for money.

Great venue, friendly and professional staff. Really nice treatment and I would definitely go again. I booked an aromatherapy massage and received acupressure, but I was fine with that and it was a nice experience.

After a few good sessions of accupunture i decided to give a massage a try. Cant recommend enough, the perfect pressure and worth every penny.
As with my previous treatments they were friendly, kind and knowledgeable!

It was my first cupping experience, the treatment was good. I'm yet to 'feel' anything different, but the staff were very friendly and caring.
I will be back, but probably for a different treatment.

I had a Tui Na Massage treatment here last week. The massage was very soft and made me fell asleep. Normally I prefer stronger massage but this one was quite good as well :)

I had my first acupuncture treatment here. The doctor is thorough, informative and friendly. You cant help but feel at ease and have complete trust in him. The receptionist is also friendly and helpful.

I've been back twice since my first visit and I'm now booked in for a 10 week course. The treatment was great and there's a good selection of herbs on offer if you want to boost your treatment. They didnt' seem to pushy with this option and actually told me that i couldn't have them the first two times due to a kidney infection. I think most other places would have taken my money regardless.

All in all its a great place and i think they really care about their clients, the treatments and provide a great service.

Another excellent cupping session. Relieved my back pain enormously. This place is an absolute find in the heart of London.

I booked into this venue for a cupping treatment but after having a consultation with the doctor I added 30 minutes of acupuncture. I always suffer from neck and pain due to stress and I have to say that I felt so much better after just one treatment. I'm now a huge fan or acupuncture.

Good basic cupping treatment. Practictioner responsive to my needs. A bit of pressure to buy add on services and products, but that seems to be the norm at these places.

Friendly welcome and relaxing massage. Facilities are sufficient and masseuse was good. Much needed after having done recent exercise exercise.

Was very nervous as it was my first experience of acupuncture. Staff were attentive, if not particularly friendly. Treatment was good, but not sure if acupuncture is for me!
